Why do we need 20,000 solar panel installers? Are they going to be licensed contractors or are they going to be union as our green czar wants. My guess is because Villiaragosa is involved it will be unions because they don't e-verify.

“Environmentalism” even if it provides employment, is always an open financial attack on businesses and taxpayers.

Wait a minute. Isn’t this state broke? Didn’t the Austrian Retard claim we have no money for anything anymore and taxes just have to be hiked?? But suddenly they have $75 million to train solar panel installers?? The state that is raising my payroll taxes next month and already raised our car fees under the claim of having absolutely nowhere else they could cut spending is going to spend 10s of millions to train people to install solar panels on the homes of Malibu, Santa Monica, West LA and Marin County liberal freaks? Here’s an idea—let the solar panel industry train their own installers! ELECT ME TO BE FRIGGIN’ GOVERNOR! Gawd am I living in Wonderland here???

Don’t blame me; I voted for Tom McClintock!

To all the so-called Republicans in California who just had to have Arnold, THANKS A BUNDLE!!! Those of us supporting McClintock were crapped on by the CA GOP. Now just look at this mess!!

I call him Schwartzenkennedy. Republicans in this state owe Gray Davis an apology.

Sheeeeeesh already!!!!!!!!

Another government make-work boondoggle. If there was a market for this amount of jobs in this area they would be hiring already.

Incredible stupidity.

Let's just train the 40,000 prisoners to be released from Kalifornia's prisons to be solar panel installers.

I am still so glad I did not vote for Arnold. Those who did must be feeling like quite the fools. Perhaps they just wanted hope and change so bad that it didn't matter what principles their candidate had or if he even had principles at all.

Idiocy reigns in CA politics!

They want to spend $3750 each for 20,000 people, to train them on how to use wrenches and connect wiring, just to satisfy the “green” voters. WTF???

Meanwhile, the environmentalists in CA have caused massive unemployment (perhaps 50-60,000) by depriving the food producers of water to save a meaningless little fish; resulting in many of the farmers going out of business and the food prices in the country rising.

I’m in favor of internment camps for greens and enviros just to remove them from their adverse impact on everyone else in the country and the country’s economy. Let them grow their own food in the camps and live like people did before we had electricity, gasoline and other evil things.
