US President Barack Obama praised Islam as an integral part of America, as he feted prominent US Muslims at an Iftar dinner marking the holy fasting month of Ramadan.
"For well over a billion Muslims, Ramadan is a time of intense devotion and reflection," Obama said, in remarks welcoming his guests in the State Dining Room of the White House.
"Tonight's Iftar is a ritual that is being carried out this Ramadan at kitchen tables and mosques in all 50 states," Obama said.
"Islam as we know is part of America. Like the broader American citizenry, the American Muslim community is one of extraordinary dynamism and diversity.
"On this occasion, we celebrate the holy month of Ramadan and we also celebrate how much Muslims have enriched America and its culture in ways both large and small," the president said.

Parading his faith again.
I don’t remember the details of his big Easter speech. Oh well, I’ll be sure to tune in to his big Christmas speech.
If Obama observes the fast he will blow away. I noticed that last couple of times he commanded my tv and before I changed the channel that he is getting pretty skinny.

This is nauseating. I am repulsed by this. muslims should go to countries where no Christianity is allowed, and stay there. Like Perot used to say — “We need to give them the same deal they give us...”
He’ll have to do his Hadj or whatever and go do circles around the black rock in Mecca.

I agree with Ann. Kill their leaders and force the survivors to convert to Christianity. Bring back the crusade. Just as Alfonso defeated the Moors and forced conversions of the remainder, America must do the same to survive. Otherwise we end up just like Eurabia.

You don’t actually believe Obama is a Muslim? He obviously isn’t. He’s a leftist. They like Muslim’s for “multicultural” reasons, but they don’t agree with them a lot. You think Obama is pro-life?
Any thoughtful person who knows history and religion would be anti-Islam. Along with Communism, Naziism, and the Black Death, Islam has been responsible for more death and destruction on the face of the planet than just about anything else since the last asteroid impact. Islam was started by predators. It has spread by predation. It has lived off the decaying corpses of the civilizations it has destroyed. It is a vast, ancient sea of corruption, oppression, fanaticism, and ignorance lapping up against the shores of the present, kept alive by the fortuitous accident of living above huge reserves of petroleum.
Islam is an integral part of the United States? It has enriched our culture in ways large and small?
Maybe I have been out of the loop, but can somebody give me even one example of how Islam is an integral part of the US, and how it has enriched us in any way?
I can’t take much more of this, I really can’t. My head is going to explode.
Islam brought us Obama!!! And for that may we be eternally cursed. Or at least the suckers that bought the hopey changey lie.
