Israel, once in the poorhouse, has turned the economic tables upside down on the United States, known to European and Russian Jews a century ago as the "Goldene Medina."

Hundreds of thousands once were inspired to sail to the shores of America in the belief that its streets “were paved with gold," but Israel today has become an economic model for the United States, according to the widely popular American financial website CBS MarketWatch.com website.

Bible prophecy says that Israel will become a wealthy nation that others will be envious.

The Bible also says that ‘Israel’ is a people not a piece of real estate. There is the house of Israel (ten tribes) and the house of Judah (two tribes) since their civil war after King Solomon. And these two houses will not be rejoined until the return of Christ. IF one reads the promise to Abraham, there is NO way that all of the whole house of Israel (peoples) can literally fit in that tiny piece of real estate even if alllll Arabs were removed.

Good, now they can start paying back the billions they have received from the United States tax payers each year and aide ends now.

Ummm, don’t we send Israel several billions each year? I think we sent $2.4 Billion last year, plus some loans, etc. That’s over $300 per person in Israel.

I don’t think that’s much of a model, actually.

I have no proof, only suspicions. While there is no paper trail to prove where it went. The disappearance is still a fact. I’m talking about Bertie Madoff’s 65 billion dollar disappearing act. I suspect there is a strong possibility that the majority of the missing money is in Israel right now, and will be used to help fund their inevitable war with Iran. The Jewish Bertie Madoff knew he was dying and wasn’t afraid of any consequences for his actions. Let’s face it. No new billionaire individual or individuals could move around that kind of money unnoticed anywhere in the world. But a nation could. All investigations have a tendency to stall at international boarders. Especially one from a U.S. anti Israeli Obama administration and the state of Israel. I think that Israel knows they will get little to no support from this administration in a war with Iran, and did what it needs to do to survive. The fact that Madoff hung his Wife, Children, Friends, and even mistress out to dry clearly tells me he is serving what in his opinion is a much higher purpose. I’ve suspected this for several months now, and after seeing Obama take sides against them, I don’t know if I can blame them. I too would do anything to survive if I was in their shoes. Even if they win they will take a terrible pounding in the process.
As I said before, these are just personal theories and suspicions I have based on reported facts that I read.

Honestly, this is apples vs. oranges. While I am a staunch Israel supporter in regards to their battle with muslim extremists to try, to compare the huge and immensely diverse US economy with the, relatively-speaking, small and limited economy of Israel is a little silly.

Sure one can learn from even the smaller players but complexity and size of the US’s economy, not to mention a (dwindling) reliance by most other developed nation’s economies on our success leaves little to rationally compare.

Israel is a big player in their region in everything but oil but that doesn’t transfer to a City On The Hill-type status worldwide.
