All of this protesting will be for naught if two major issues are not addressed; namely, acorns' grubby little fingerprints all over the upcomming census, and the dims ongoing Sec. of State program.

I think it was Lenin who said that the number of votes cast for any given candidate does not matter if you control the means of counting the votes.

With lots of far left groups like acorn being intimately involved in the enumeration of the citizenry, then they will be in a position to determine who can vote and where.

And, with the dims controlling the apperatus of counting the tally, usually a Secretary of State, then I can envision a whole bunch of shenanigans like we just witnessed in MN.

If the dims don't like the protests they are seeing now, just wait until they try voter fraud on a scale not seen since the soviet era. And, we all know the persuasion and sensibilities of the state controlled news media. As a general rule, they are much happier reporting on Michael Jackson or Ted Kennedys' funeral than working on a real story. It is a very sad state of affairs that we find ourselves in.

The only problem with the premise is that : Even the Dummies know that they MUST get this Fascist HCR Bill passed before the elections.
There are some sttistics that can not be falsified. When the ACORN criminal activity is submitted. They will not be statistically probable. Therefore must be court challenged and deleted from the Census count. ETC ETC.
Under NO circumstances can the American People allow this HCR become a serious plan for America.

One suggestion, volunteer to be a poll worker. They are counting on the “masses” staying uninvolved in the election itself. It will be much harder for them to pull off the massive fraud if there are people who really care that are closely involved in the election process. If you can’t be a poll worker, look into becoming a poll observer.

We must do everything we can to expose them. I found a downloadable version of the SEIU bylaws and have found lots of things that can be used against them. For instance, all thier claims about concern for health care in America are summed up in their own words.

“We must organize unorganized Healthcare workers, extending to them the gains of unionism while securing control over the Healthcare industry.”

Another oddity I found was that if only 7 members in any sized local oppose leaving the SEIU, the local will remain SEIU without debate. (If 993 members want out, 7 can overide the majority without debate) They will also have a political director at every worksite.

ACTION NEEDED An external audit of ACORN might uncover millions missing through government fraud.

Taxpayers demand authorities prosecute the named individuals along with their co-conspirators, and subsets of them, on Racketeer-Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) charges, on grounds that they conspired to keep taxpayers from learning of the scope and dimension of ACORN’S government fraud, and schemes designed to cheat taxpayers.

Prosecutors might find that RICO charges could be charged, subsequent to an investigation of ACORN financial documents, together with testimony of cooperating witnesses who may have participated in years-long ACORN embezzlement schemes. Prosecutors might use RICO as a lever to pry open the massive cover-up of government corruption that is available through “discovery” within the named entities. The RICO device might refresh the memories of recalcitrant wrongdoers, and might expose primary evidence.

One government fraud modus operandi might involve conspiracies with entry-level ACORN personnel, perhaps handymen, janitors, maintenance personnel, or chauffeurs, that might have been bribed by unusually high salaries, bonuses, or other emoluments, in exchange for secretly cashing government checks and then depositing them in the hidden personal bank accounts of the named individuals.

Another scheme might work like this: a legitimate ACORN vendor’s account number would be used on checks payable to the above-named individuals, while a co-conspirator would sign all checks without question. After the check was issued, the name of the payee would be electronically changed back in computer records to the legitimate vendor to conceal fraudulent payments in connection with government fraud to siphon off public monies.

Individuals may have schemed to bilk the state by conspiring to deduct for example, membership dues from weekly ACORN paychecks then accountants might help hide the thefts by filing phony official financial reports. The named individuals might have employed accountants and bookkeepers they knew would keep thievery secret.

Taxpayers demand to know if individuals received money from banks, insurance and securities firms and other financial institutions in the form of loans, bonuses, equity positions in business entities doing business with ACORN agencies, due to the fact that the named individuals colluded with government officials who held power over tax assets, and were in positions to decide where tax assets might be allocated.

Did ACORN file false bank loan applications to take equity positions in companies doing business with ACORN agencies, then conspire to payoff the bank loans by rigging and inflating bids for government contracts, then paid off bank loans when the tax assets rolled in?

In raids of the suspected individuals homes and offices, law enforcement might find evidence of the financial trail that linked government fraud and ACORN monies to personal payments for cars, trips and box or courtside tickets to sports events.

Investigations may find that others signed off on paperwork and financial forms prepared or verified as true by others, usually the agency president.

Schemes to facilitate government fraud may also include:

1. Allowing one person control over all of accounting functions.

2. Requiring only one signature on checks.

3. Utilizing pre-signed checks.

4. Using numerous bank accounts and 'slush funds' to keep the actual financial position of government entities secret.

5. Utilizing unusual amounts of petty cash.

6. Assigning bank deposit and account reconciliation functions to one person.

7. Having no official purchase-order system.

8. Conspiring to hide reviews pf expenses and supporting vouchers from public view.

9. Having no outside auditor to review accounting books.

10. Calculatedly hiring individuals without background checks and references to facilitate fraud.
