The folks of Massachusetts have a black president, a black governor and a black mayor jn Boston...
Shouldn't they have a black US senator, too? It would honor Ted's legacy of support for Affirmative Action.
BTW, I looked at this video of the funeral Mass. Where are the numerous black friends and relatives of the Kennedy family?

A little O-T, but I thought this one was III, because II was the oldest son of I—the one who was killed in action in WW II.

The mayor of Boston is white - Tom Menino, affectionately known as “Mumbles” because he cannot string together more than one word of the English language.
As far as Ted's black friends go, well there was Jesse Jackson and Bill Russell (which seriously, was a big surprise).

Damn right a Kennedy gets that Senate seat.
It doesn't belong to the people of Taxachussetts.
It belongs to the Kennedys.

Maybe she would make a good Senatorial candidate to carry out Ted's legacy of supporting gays, blacks, and women (all rolled into one person.)

Someone in Mass. should legally change their last name to Kopechne and run against whichever Kennedy thinks the seat is theirs. Priceless!!!

I think Joe the father ran a guy with the same name as the Republican challenger to confuse people back when JFK ran for Congress after WW2.
