The youtube video of the Townhall attendee who was told he could not display his poster has gone viral. Aproaching 200,000 views in two days.
Watch it here:

The actual poster in question is one of my designs that I have been using to point out the outragous staements of Ezekiel Emanuel, President Obama's chief advisor on health care.
I have made that poster and several others available in high resolution versions available for anyone who wants them for free (just click on the pic for the higher res version, and then save to your hard drive) at the following site:
ANTI-OBAMA and ANTI-NATIONAL HEALTH CARE POSTERS
We have American people awakening in great numbers to the danger and threat posed to traditional American liberty, way of life, health, and prosperity by the Obama administration. We all need to do all in our power to help more people awaken and continue going after this administration and its supporters so we can nueter them in 2010 and send them packing in 2012.

You’ll have to find a judge willing to stand-up! Good luck there.

I have been involved in two Title 42 actions. Both times the Federal Judge did a great job. Both were won by our side.

If he ain't a cop, was Cheeks impersonating a police officer? If so, ain't that a crime?

protesting on school property is different than public places. The high school was being used as a public forum in this instance. Moran and the school district can't have it both ways. They can't invite the public to the school for the express purpose of voicing their their opinions on a controversial public issue and then arbitrarily limit that speech to speech they find acceptable.

Wesley Cheeks is exactly the type of goon who can be counted on to be an 0bama brownshirt. Too stupid to understand the constitutional aspects of his job and will blindly follow orders to keep his gov’t job.

“I really dont see how you can sue him for expressing his opinion, but in the same vein he shouldnt be using his powers to enforce his personal agenda.”
While I agree to a certain extent, it depends what he was told to do by his superiors. There is a man standing right next to him, who looks like a bureaucrat, spouting off about some supreme court decision.

I suggest that to thoose who choose to defend Cheeks you ask them to do the following:
1. Watch the video
2. Now ask them to close thier eyes and invision that they are at an anti-Bush rally
3. They have a protest sign showing Cheny as Darth Vader or maybe Bush as Hitler.
4. Now imagine a cop comes up to you and tells you to put down the sign or he will arrest you.
5. You say:"Arrest me, for what? I thought this America?" The cop replies:"It ain't any more."
6. Now imagine the cop is white.

"He may even be a decent school security guard, who knows."
Clearly the man is a bully at best -- not the kind of man I'd want around my children. A school guard impersonating a police officer speaks volumes about one's character and heart. A little tiny badge went to this man's head.
