On March 1, 2003, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed (KSM), the principal planner of the September 11 attacks, was captured in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. U.S. interrogators quickly went about the business of getting him to talk, and for good reasons. KSM's operatives were already here, inside America, planning attacks.
Shortly after KSM was detained, an Ohio-based truck driver named Iyman Faris was arrested by the FBI. Faris had reportedly been under suspicion beforehand, but U.S. authorities suddenly determined that they had to arrest him. It turned out that Faris, an al Qaeda-trained sleeper agent, had been dispatched to the United States by KSM to plot attacks on landmarks in the New York area, including the Brooklyn Bridge.
Then, in late March, a young Pakistani man named Uzair Paracha was arrested. He had been working out of an office in Manhattan's Garment District for a company owned by his father, Saifullah Paracha. KSM wanted Uzair to facilitate the entry of al Qaeda operatives and use the Parachas' import-export business to smuggle explosives into the United States.
Until this past week, it was not clear how U.S. authorities pieced together the details of this plotting so soon after KSM was captured. But the inspector general's report on the CIA's detainee interrogation program and two other CIA analytical papers--all three of which were released on August 24--fill in the blanks. It is clear now, if it wasn't before, that the CIA's questioning of KSM saved numerous lives, both here and abroad. The inspector general found that KSM "provided information that helped lead to the arrests of terrorists including Saifullah Paracha and his son Uzair Paracha, businessmen whom [KSM] planned to use to smuggle explosives into the United States." His "information also led to the investigation and prosecution of Iyman Faris."

Therefore, is it not also obvious that these two men have objectives that should be of great concern to us?
We should be very concerned that two men at the very top of our government are intentionally weakening, if not intentionally destroying, our ability to get information from captured terrorists.
If there had been another major attack, right now they would be investigating the intelligence failure of the Bush Regime instead of the Success.
The world is a dangerous place, inhabited by still more dangerous men. Believing in niceness and Kumbayah is for idiots, fools and the soon to be sorry.
The blonde air head Kirsten Powers on Bret’s panel said that the information could have been obtained without torture if they had but tried. She was visably nervous when she said it. It was as if she was delivering a line she was provided by her leftist handlers and knew it was dangerous.
She is an American enemy, no more, no less. Till we rid our country of people like Kirsten Powers we are in perpetual danger.
The American people will blame Zero and Holder.
I honestly believe they want to see us get killed. Whenever a bomb blows up, 90 percent of the dead are white and 99 percent are Christians. That's an acceptable ratio for these two.

It makes me wonder why Holder and Obama would not want to find out whatever information they could find. These terrorists are evil people who would love to kill both their families. It makes no sense unless they want a terrorist attack so they can control more of the US.
We learned so much from these interrogations that we were just clueless about. And now we are flying blind (once again) re: al Qaeda's leadership structure, placement of cells, & planned operations.
Only fools & liars will try to convince you that that our security hasn't been compromised.

The lack of investigating, the cover-up of issues from the BIRTH CERTIFICATE and all of the tax cheats in this administration, Rangel, Geithner, Daschele, Emmanuel, et al., all point to a media that wants its agenda, damn the consequences for our liberties and freedoms.
