i thought the protester was being pretty rude. the cop was being polite at least. yes what he said about it not being america anymore was way past any line i know, but the protester was being obnoxious and confrontational. the cop and another protester explained that the rules are different on public school property. i don’t get that either. but everyone else seemed to be polite and decent except the protester with the camera. just my opinion, but this seems to be not helpful to the antiobama crowd.

1st amendment rules apply differently on school grounds WHEN kids are in sessions. Speech or images that could disrupt the educational process can be controlled, but when the school building is used for other public purposes, say a school board meeting, then free speech is free unless it is clearly aimed at disruption.
IMO the bystand was an Obamabot tying to lend support to the cop.

"Confrontational" is the word that cops use to describe whenever a citizen objects to their heavy handedness. I imagine the scenario played out like this: the guy with the sign showed up to protest, the cop, or whoever is pulling the cop's strings, didn't like the protester's message and so told him to get lost. The protester stuck up for his right to protest, at which point the cop goes into his little spiel. You'll notice that the cop even said that the reason he asked that protester to leave and NOT all the others was because that protester's sign "had a picture". Does that make any sense to you? That's because there is no sense to it.

The cop was the aggressor. He was violating the protester's constitutional rights. Get a clue, and learn how to use capital letters. When you can't reason and you can't write, you have no credibility.

I disagree with your assesment that the protester was rude. And you need to learn to Capitalize the start of your sentences.

Please don't ever post on this forum again. Turn your computer off and never turn it on again.
If that makes you upset and you react, I will call you rude.
