Do they all live in the same house? Because they are gong to have to if they think they are going to stop the brown shirts when they go street by street, door to door confiscating arms.

They can’t confiscate all the arms in the first wave.
Those who get caught in the first wave have the obligation to get the word out that “it’s on”.

The brownshirts will be met with some better resistance as they go, to be sure.

Isn't that just about exactly what they were trying to do at Lexington and Concord. Didn't work out that well for KG3. They would have to hit all the houses at the same time or by the time they got to the last house the game would be on. And if they do them all at once they would not have overwhelming numbers.
