“Wait until you hear the story of what took place at this house,” Gallido told Gray. “You are going to be completely impressed.”
I seriously doubt it.

CDCR Undersecretary of Operations Scott Kernan said Garrido had been under the supervision of state parole agents for 10 years . . . None of whom noticed that he was running a prison camp in his back yard.

“People” like this guy and his miserable abetting wife make me wish we still had rough frontier justice. I would settle for “Inglourious Basterd” justice.

It’s too easy to criticize LEO’s charged with keeping an eye on this guy. How could they have known, but...
When they defend their actions by saying Garrido didn’t break his parole, that’s absurd. Kidnapping is certainly a violation of parole.

So, at age twelve or thirteen, she was pregnant? Did these people deliver the babies themselves? Did he also sexually abuse the children born of his horrific crimes?
I deleted my suggested punishment, but it involved a valley at my place in the country, and lots of bullets.

He should be castrated and skinned alive. He should be given drugs to keep him conscious. Then he should be dismembered put in a pile and burned. His wife should be tied up next to him knowing she is going to get the same, save the castration. All of this should be recorded and every sex offender should be forced to watch the video. To take someone's freedom for 19 years is real close to killing them. For some people the pain may be worse. Her poor parents had to relive their pain over and over. It is wonderful she is alive. I took my best shot but I don't think I was nearly imaginative enough with the punishment.

The cops need to take that POS down to the local zoo, and feed the tigers.

Neighbors told The Bee today that they had called police about two years ago to report that there were tents on Garrido's property and children at the home. They knew Garrido was a sex offender required to register on the state's Megan's Law Web site. However, they said nothing ever came of the call. Maybe the Justice Department could investigate some incompetent police instead of wasting time investigating CIA agents.
Just a thought.
