Woman in 1991 Kidnap Apparently Emerges

PLACERVILLE, Calif. (AP) -- Authorities say an alleged kidnapper fathered two children with the woman who emerged 18 years after being snatched from a bus stop.
The new details came as authorities provided more information about the saga Jaycee Lee Dugard, who vanished when she was 11 years old and turned up at a police station in Northern California this week.
El Dorado County Undersheriff Fred Kollar says the woman spent most of her time in sheds, tents and outbuildings to isolate her from the world. Police say her captor was Phillip Garrido. He is being held for investigation of kidnapping, rape by force, lewd and lascivious acts with a minor and sexual penetration.

Our legal system is simply not equipped to punish a crime like this.
Stealing somebody’s child off the street, molesting her and raping her likely from the get-go, and brainwashing her into captivity over two decades.
It’s so vile and inhuman, I can’t think of too many limits of what I’d like to see enacted as retribution on this piece of crap.
This in itself is a crime....this tasbard should still be in prison. The judicial system is corrupted to it's core!
WHY?
This is stuff that cannot be made of even in a novel. It’s horrendous and that does not even begin to describe the ordeal for the parents of the victim, the victim, and her two children.
Impeach the judge and all the parole officers responsible for this atrocity. Why do we as a society not insist on harsh consequences for this type of misconduct. I guess the libs freed Clinton from impeachment and now all has broken loose in our culture or what remains of it.
How did this guy ever get out on parole in the first place?

If she has these children...how did she deliver them...I am wondering if she ever went to a hospital? I really want to hear if anyone ever had contact with her...they said that he had a ‘compound’ behind his house that even the visiting parole people couln’t tell was there!

There is no rehabilitation. There is only ridding the earth of this much evil to protect the rest of us.
Everyone on that parole board should have to sit down with the former 11 year old and listen to her 18 years of Hell.
Then they can each be provided with a cheap handgun, loaded with one round, and be told "Make the best use of it you can".
Even if they do, they'll still be getting off easy.
Phillip Garrido was sentenced to 50 years in prison and served nearly 11 years in Nevada for a federal kidnapping conviction ... He also served seven months concurrently for a conviction for rape ... Garrido was paroled in August 1988....Politically, Garrido is a registered ____________.
Ive always wanted stories like these on background to end with that sentence but I know why for obvious reasons it does not thank you MSM.
Should be gutted like a pig. I fully expect this to be pulled but it’s what needs to be done.
