Phillip Garrido was sentenced to 50 years in prison and served nearly 11 years in Nevada for a federal kidnapping conviction ... He also served seven months concurrently for a conviction for rape ... Garrido was paroled in August 1988.

Everyone on that parole board should have to sit down with the former 11 year old and listen to her 18 years of Hell.

Then they can each be provided with a cheap handgun, loaded with one round, and be told "Make the best use of it you can".

Even if they do, they'll still be getting off easy.

Good option but I think that living in a shed for 18 years while being periodically raped might give them more time to think about the enormous pain they inflict on innocent people when they vote to release a criminal pervert.
