Once this is over, we won't have to do it again for another 10 years or so.

How much you want to bet?

I know, it is Morris, but this is a stunning prediction.

That would be an extraordinary outcome, but you know what? We live in extraordinary times. Under most circumstances, this prediction would be laughable; however, we could be watching the 2nd American Revolution develop right before our very eyes. The democrats have continually under-estimated the anger out there. Well, I think that goes for our side as well. THE SLEEPING GIANT IS AWAKE. I don't know how things are going to get better for Obama and the dems between now and then. Even if the dems drop health care, which is HIGHLY unlikely, what are they going to turn their attention to? Crap & Tax? Amnesty? Watch the dems pull the pin on one live grenade after the next, only to have each one blow up in their face. People aren't just angry about the democrats health care plans, they are ticked about and dems agenda, period.

Finally, I will be shocked if some blue dogs don't switch parties by the end of the year IF the dems jam through a public-option health scare bill. So could the dems suffer an avalanche in the next few months and years?

You betcha!

I kind of like Morris. So what if he likes to suck women’s toes? There are worse fetishes I can think of.

“I’m done with worrying about republicans morality.”

AMEN! I’m all for morality, but the dems never throw their guys over the side. I mean look at Clinton! Look at Barney Frank! And hey, they never killed anybody. LOOK AT TED KENNEDY, the LION of the Senate. Gag me with a spoon as we used to say.

Excellent post. Likely few of the posters weeing on each other here will see the importance of it, but hell, it’s currently the only road to salvation of this republic, and will be a lot less painful than any future alternative.

Thanks.

Well, I’m no authority on the incident or the now common reference but my understanding is that Morris has a certain predilection for women’s toes. Don’t know if there was some defining moment or tell-all, though there may well have been something revealed by a former lover or even a hooker now that i think about..anyway about all I recall about that. And all I really want to know!

I never told ANYONE to support any RINO.

I only said that the Party, itself, is not in control of individual candidates.

I have presumed NOTHING, you present prima facia evidence, from your posts, that you are a crank and impossible to please.

I have take HUGE hits, personally and financially, for my opposition to sitting, liberal Republicans.

I do not say this for any Kudos or praise from you or anyone else, but only to put my points in perspective here:

YOU ARE AN ASS!

YOU DO NOT POSSESS THE PERSONALITY TO RECRUIT, RAISE FUNDS, OR RUN a political campaign.

Hey, I do not contribute to or help liberal Republicans, myself.

So what?

Quit beating your chest.

Quit shooting at other conservatives.

GROW UP!

Actually, I think he was referring to 2010 and 2012 combined.

Still, I don't believe he's off the mark.

Based on macro-political trends I'm predicting 50 House seats flip to GOP in 2010.

If the Democrats keep on insulting voters, I wouldn’t be surprised in the least!

We need a far more conservative GOP than we have now, with no fear of using power.

That says it all - we need to elect conservatives who are willing to stand up for what they believe in without apology. No more senior senators from the "club" like Dole and McCain. How come nobody insisted that Hillary or Barky the blunder dog resign their offices in the U.S. Senate to focus on the race, like Dole did in '96?

We all loved Reagan because he got out in public and addressed the nation telling it the way he saw it, and didn't let liberal bs statements go unchallenged. I really wish Bush II had spoken up more for the cause...his speech just after 9/11 was well delivered and received.

Let’s make it happen. Vote against every Dim in 2010.

Voting against every DIM in 2010 won’t be hard for most of us....Frankly, I’ve been doing that for years ;)

Give him a chance, he is doing good work at the moment.

WTFU. What Dick Morris is doing is using political jiu-jitsu. I.E., Using the strength of the Obama backlash to aid his paying customer, Hillary Clinton.

(1)This way, Hillary attacks The Anointed One without getting dirty. (2) Let the Republicans do the heavy lifting against Kenya Boy. Old white guys beating up a ghetto superstar ... then Hillary picks up the ghetto votes.

Simply brilliant. And this from a guy who traveled Kenya with Obama, campaigning for the Christian massacring marxist jihadist, Cousin Odinga. Politics makes ... and unmakes .... strange bedfellows.

I hope everyone here is thinking about this. Just getting a republican elected is not a win for us. Getting a true conservative one elected is a win. Lets not fall into the same old trap we did before. We know how that ends.

When the time comes to dump Morris, I will push him off the band wagon, if my services are required.

But right now?

No enemies on the right!

If the Republicans can retake the House next year, there will be two great rewards: (1) they can cut BO’s money off, and (2) they will have the power (with subpoenas) to investigate this corrupt administration. Let it be!

"Be ready for $7.00 a gallon gas."

A price of $7.00/gal is unsustainable. The average American motorist can't afford it. The transportation industries and businesses that depend on trucking, airlines, construction, etc., will collapse.

Actually, a 100 seat swing would result in: Repubs 228, Dems 207.

Today, we are -79 to the Dems (257-178=79).

A 100 seat swing would put us at +21 (-79 + 100 = +21)

Your math would actually be a 200 seat swing from current status...going from -79 to +121 = a 200 seat swing.
