I remember reading that Serbia has a large Chinese immigrant population.

Another long time Christian ally harvested out of our security net. Clinton bombed them into the Chinese camp.

Wow.

This is one of the things I so love about FR.

I was wondering if anyone would catch the underlying significance of all this, and you got it right away.

Good job “Goreknowshowtocheat”.

Very sad, if you think about it.

Serbia has ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS been one of America’s staunchest allies.

NO ONE is so rich or so powerful as to be able to afford to alienate such a loyal and dedicated ally as Serbia has been for over a century. Especially not in today’s world.

No doubt the ties are far fewer than the US or any other Euro/Afro/latin/etc state has.

“Clinton bombed them into the Chinese camp.”

Indeed he did, and just to make sure the Serbs stayed there, Bush handed over hundreds of millions of our dollars to the KLA Mohammedan terrorists in Kosovo and then played midwife at the birth of that Mohammendan terror statelet in the middle of the Balkans.

That conflict was very sad. Serbia has guarded the southern flank of Europe for hundreds of years against the barbarians from the religion of peace. This was the biggest blunder of the Clintons. Now Europe will either rise on it’s own or die.

“This was the biggest blunder of the Clintons. Now Europe will either rise on it’s own or die.”

Orthodox Eastern Europe will survive, despite the best efforts of Bush, the Neo-cons and American foreign policy generally since Nixon to destroy Eastern Christianity and advance Mohammedanism. Western Europe? Dead man walking.

I agree. The Eastern Orthodox survive everything. Western Europe is in big trouble, but the Germans will likely take up the challenge at some point. How long they will allow Islam to degrade their civilization is anybody’s guess. There will be a push back at some point, but will it have gone too far by then.

Here's an article written by Mary Mostert about the survival of Orthodox Christianity among the Serbs. It's kind of interesting to get an outside perspective like this, although I completely agree:

"Serbs, Islamic Fascists and Deception"

“Another long time Christian ally harvested out of our security net. Clinton bombed them into the Chinese camp.”

That about sums it up. Who else on earth has been willing to stand by the Serbs? Certainly not us.

Chinese people in Serbia numbers between 20,000 - 100,000 people. The community resides mainly in Serbia’s capital, Belgrade. The main time when the Chinese immigrated to Serbia was when former Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic and his wife Mira Markovic visited China in 1997. There was a rumor that Milosevic imported over 50,000 Chinese people and gave them Yugoslav passports so that they could vote for him in elections. Other rumors say that the Chinese arrived here in order to take language courses

The more plausible theory is the Chinese taking Serbian language courses.
