The time for Hillary to drop the BC bomb is just after BO declares he’s running for re-election. Then if his paperwork is not in order - she can ask to see the birth cert to prove he’s eligible to run again - he’s out.

Of course, if BO becomes the nominee then the best time for the pubbies to release any BC damage is after BO becomes the fer sure candidate. That would be a bit later in the game than Hillary would do it.

So what your saying is that the Clintons have done what the entire Birther universe has failed to do - acquired proof-positive that Obama is ineligible to be president. And not only are they sitting on it, but every source they have and every person who assisted in gathering the information is sitting on it as well.
