Gee for some reason I didn't see this headline on CNN. FYI, I think this is an area of Buffalo that has fairly recently changed over from working-class whites - mostly Polish & German - to predominantly black. Milligan is a Polish name isn't it?

The area is where I wouldn’t walk in the day time anymore. Used to be a nice neighborhood a few years ago. Now the Cheektowaga police sit there in the evenings/overnight.
Shocked me when I read this was being treated as a hate crime.

Has anyone noticed that there are several groups which are exempt from the laws of the land and hate crimes? Can you name them...it’s easy…the same ones that have a lot of whine with their cheese.
