A careful reading of both the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution will not reveal any intrinsic right to health care, food or shelter. Thats because there isnt any. This right has never existed in America, Mackey wrote in the piece.
In response, a Facebook group called, Boycott Whole Foods, was founded, and today it has almost 23,000 members who have pledged to stop shopping there. Whole Foods spokesperson Libba Letton said theres no telling, whether or not the companys bottom line will be impacted by the boycott.

But both groups were overwhelmed by hundreds of shoppers. I don't think Whole Foods has to worry.
I had trouble finding a place to park, but found a place on the 2nd underground level. I bought 3 times as much stuff as I normally would. I made my way back to my car, and saw a car crash into one of the supports. Sure enough, it was one of the "Honk 4 socialized medicine" guys. He ripped off his fender. A visual message meaning "The wheels are coming off?"
People who shop at Whole Foods have no right to complain about the cost of ANYTHING, including health care.
That's true freedom, don't you know?
But 0bama will lie all day and say it's not "socialized medicine".
Not working where I live, in the heart of enemy territory, Northern Virginia. The place is always mobbed.
Am I to take your post literally? I shop at Whole Foods, and yes I do have the right.
No boycotting Whole Foods!! What?? And I can never find a parking space at mine. I shop there at least three times a week. This morning I drove around at least ten minutes till I found someone leaving so I could park.
I shop at Whole Foods also and do Not tell my husband I have no right to complain. Heaven forbid!!!
New Whole Foods opening near me in Manhattan. Looking forward to shopping there.
The shoppers there pay twice as much for food...but it’s organic and sustainable! Whatever that means.
If they can afford to do so, they can easily afford private insurance. Shouldn’t these people have a job?
You should have gotten a picture of the crash. lol. I am sure he will sue someone for something and claim the support jumped out of the bushes or something.
Ther isn’t a Whole Foods within 100 miles of me. Wish there were. I’d make a point of buying bulk lentils there, anyhow.
Just as well. Food stamps are costly for stores to process.

My sister went to the one today on 3rd and Fairfax(In Los Angeles) it was PACKED as usual. Whole Foods is always packed, you can’t find a parking space at any location. We will shop Whole Foods from now on because Mackey stood up for what is right. This is the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, he has every right to have his own opinion. This “Boycott” is a joke, Whole Foods isn’t going to suffer because of some liberal whack jobs who probably never shopped there anyway
First time ever, I stopped at a Whole Foods yesterday. Didn’t need a darn thing, but browsed until I found a few things that looked interesting.
Spent too much, but I was on a mission!
I think you are right. Normally we don't shop at Whole Foods. For a place that sell health food, the people at the checkout stand always look very sick. But we will make an exception over the next month and do a lot of shopping there.
Those who have signed up for the boycott have probably never shopped at Whole Foods
Leftist thugs.
There’s nothing sacred about boycotts. The Nazis boycotted Jewish businesses.
I saw a mention of whole foods on the final episode of top chef masters. so thanks Bravo for promoting it :)
