The current plan, HR 3200 envisions a five year phased in implementation program. If, and it is a big if, the Reps can gain control of the House, then they can throw a monkey wrench into the implementation process. Welfare reform helped roll back some of these socialist programs, but it will be difficult.

I've had FOX News on all afternoon and I heard some Democrat say that there are over 100 Dems who will vote against this legislation!
