Yup... it is that pesky Brotherhood again... always fouling things up.
I don’t think this would be such a flap, if so many people didn’t want to have anything do with ZerO.
Other way round...
people using flag@whitehouse.gov were getting unsolicited emails from the WHITEHOUSE..
EVERYONE who got one should file complaint under the “ANTI-SPAM” acts ...

Our White House spammed? What the heck....is the security of our country being compromised by this inept administration?
Oh , this is going to be sweet.
They can't collect lists or names... and now that they've obviously got them... they can't destroy them.
It's all against the law. So lets see who gets chunked under the SOUL Train...
I'm glad the Czar of the Internet was named ... or is it the IT Czar.... whatever. His/Her head will roll as will some other putz.
Little Presidential pardon and no blood, no foul. Neat. The dems get away with another felony. easy, greasy.
Did the emails come from the White House or not?
They’re saying that pro-life groups groups hijacked the White House’s email system and sent out spam from Axelrod?
“In a statement released on Sunday night after Fox News challenged White House press secretary Robert Gibbs on the emails, spokesman Nick Shapiro blamed citizens groups saying that the Obama administration likely emailed people who signed petitions on issues, such as asking Obama to stop funding abortions.
If an individual received the e-mail because someone else or a group signed them up or forwarded the email, we hope they were not too inconvenienced,” he said. “Further, we suggest that they unsubscribe from the list by clicking the link at the bottom of the e-mail or tell whomever forwarded it to them not to forward such information anymore.”

I’ll bet that behind this somewhere is ACORN or whatever they call it now.
More Lies form the Liar-In-Chief. They have no remorse, only regret that they get caught.
It won't do you any good. It has been determined that the CAN-SPAM Act only covers unsolicited COMMERCIAL e-mail, not political spam:
Political speech remains at the core of the First Amendment freedoms, and it is unlikely that federal or state lawmakers will challenge its protection. Although courts have approved regulation of analogous types of speech, such as commercial spam, prerecorded telephone messages, and unsolicited "snail mail," these are sufficiently distinct from political e-mail, providing little precedent for regulating political spam. Ultimately, political spam will probably be defined more by market effects than government regulation. E-mail, unlike television, radio, and print, offers political candidates an inexpensive channel to reach broad sections of the electorate. In an age when money defines political campaigns, e-mail helps liberate candidates from the stranglehold of wealthy special interest groups. If it proves to be effective, communicating over the Internet may level the playing field for under-funded candidates. Cynics argue that political spam remains legal because the offenders (i.e. politicians) are precisely the ones who make the law. Free speech is a precious freedom, though, and public consciousness of political issues is vital to a healthy democracy. Considering these values, any technology that facilitates free political discussion is worth protection.

Not legally, but I doubt that's much of a deterrent to this group. If they do keep them, there's always the Sandy Berger option down the road.
Yeah, that explains why that gal on Fox News this morning received email from the WH at her WORK address, which she had NEVER used for anything but work related activity in a job she’s only held for a few months! I don’t know what her ‘politics’ are, wonder if she was a victim of snitching...she has a right to know!
Yeah, politiccal groups like “Friends for Barack Obama for President 2008”.
Whenever a lib accuses normal people of something, you can bet your bippy that the lib is doing the same thing himself.
