I thought so too, but I read somewhere that he will always have that 12% black following, so if you factor that in, his strongly approve among whites is less than 20%.

Also, for the first time his strongly approve is hit below 30%. His strongly disapprove has been in 40s for two days.

His numbers are usually always better over the weekend.

-10 this week. My prediction.

Good points, these daily gyrations are not important its the trend and its down. With the symbolic white flag going up by the administration on the current House health-care bill his hard left will be furious. More important the Congressional races 1 year out look like a total bloodbath ala 1994 for the Dems. I do expect a coup by the House leadership and an ouster of Pelosi possibly by some manufactured scandal. Like in 1968 the Dem congresss pushed away from LBJ.

I just have a hard time believing anyone approves of him at all. :-) I know they do, but...

Maybe even -13 per your tagline... once the numbers start hitting from this week.

His numbers are that high??? That tells me either his supporters are more stupid than I previously thought or they are a bunch of pro-quota racists.

No legislation ever gets passed in an election year. If we can hold off on these stupid bills of his until after the first of the year, they’re dead.

"I don’t think anyone asks tough questions of this guy, because to do so is “racist”. Once his numbers are consistently -10 and dropping the American public and his own party will be asking the tough questions."

Note Kidds Post.

I do truly hope media turns on Obama, but I just think the corruption is too deep within media. Some even fear prosecution if they aren't successful. I know I will be one to lobby for justice when we win back this country.

I agree with most everything you say except I don’t see the state sponsored media turning on him. They will continue to prop him up.

Carter's the worst president this country has ever had.

Carter was the most incompetent president we've ever had.

The worst was LBJ.

Grains for sure. But what scares me about that is government subsidies all over the world. And with the coming shortage, you can bet on it. How high the price will go despite that however, may be interesting. Crops are real poor this year, but harvest reports haven't begun yet. Very soon.

Don’t underestimate that power of public opinion.

When you’re popular the media goes along, when you tank bad, the media is not afraid to wade in there.

I think you’re beginning to see it already in the questions that they’re asking of that big dumb press secretary of his.

Gibbs is the most partisan Press Secretary in my memory. It’s like he’s out there campaigning for the president as opposed to responding honestly to questions from people who want to know.

This will come back to haunt them. There is NO transparency to this administration, while BUSH was probably too transparent.

Cheny’s book coming out, couldn’t be at a worse time. It will turn the focus back again on Bush, and ease some of the pressure on Obama.

Here we go again shooting ourselves in the foot.

“Dear Mr. Cheney. Put the book down for now please.”
