Just as the left pioneered "AstroTurf" protesters -- homeless people lured to demonstrations with the offer of a free T-shirt and a box lunch -- liberals have also specialized in producing fake "insiders" denouncing their alleged group.

Any Repub would be required to produce a legitimate long form BC. And actually, McCain was, and did. Zero was not required to. Many powerful people looked the other way, because they didn’t want to criticize the black guy.
Pound sand yourself! True conservatives just want the constitution to be followed.
Florida probably has more yankees living there than true southerners, LOL.
Do you read? HIS MOTHER WAS A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN. SO IS HE by being born to a citizen, no matter where he was born. Sidney Ann never renounced her citizenship. He may also be a British citizen or a Kenyan citizen based on his father's citizenship. We allow dual citizenship. Elizabeth Taylor is a British, American and Israeli citizen. I can claim Irish citizenship and British citizenship and probably Canadian citizenship under the laws of those countries and, if I do, my children can claim through me. I do not intend to do this unless a kid insists (probably on Irish citizenship).
Birth in the United States makes one a citizen regardless of the nationality of the parents unless the parents were diplomats not subject to American jurisdiction by diplomatic immunity. Whether or not Comrade O was born in the US, he is a natural born citizen if ONE parent was a citizen at the time of his birth. Case closed. You are being suckered. The editors of National Review, Annie and most observers on the right have figured out the foregoing. You don't get to define constitutional terms your way just because you want to or find eccentric definitions convenient.
If you disagree, please cite the exact language of the constitution which you imagine justifies your claim that ANY candidate "would be required to produce a long form birth certificate".
Many people also "looked the other way" on the late George Romney (born in Mexico to Americans who had moved there) and Lowell P. Weicker, Jr., (born to Americans in Paris on business). McCain was born in the Panama Canal Zone when his father was stationed there in his military officer capacity. None of them were black guys. If you think that the situation is different from those three because one of Comrade O's parents was a foreigner, please cite the exact language of the constitution which you imagine justifies such a claim.
Instead of the editorials, how about the facts?
fine, whatever you say sonny but I’m healthy, wealthy and retired and a few childish names pointed my way, much as the same way immature liberals like to name call, does not bother me at this point in life, but thanks for the chuckle.
Here you go!
no kidding Winter Haven has been snowbird central for 60 years now....why do folks think it’s called Winter Haven?
Lakeland and Haines City used to be Southern though. I know many folks from that area who are as Southern as me though now most live in the Panhandle, Georgia or further south around Clewiston now...still southern there
Burden of proof is on the candidate, just as when any of us applies for a passport, the burden of proof is on us to produce legitimate documents.
All Zero’s goons have produced is a photo-shopped fraudulent COLB on the web. Not good enuf. If that’s good enuf for you, I don’t care, but a very significant and growing % of the American public doesn’t think that is good enuf. The assclown Marxist has no paper trail — no legitimate BC, no college transcripts have been released, it’s all locked down. If you find that acceptable, fine, go over to DU. You’ll all be happy there. Most conservatives don’t find that acceptable.
I’m not a constitutional scholar, so I won’t go there. Find one of those to debate the fine points. I don’t believe he has fulfilled the constitutional requirements, and as I said, a large number of Americans agree with me. If you are satisfied, fine.
See ya.
very well stated Web S. now even if the BC thing does not pan out, a by product of all of the talk regarding it has been the thing of ALL of his records being hidden, something that would not have been brought out as quickly, if at all, if the BC thing had not been hammered on. there are still quite a few in this country who have no idea about hussein’s hidden past. the BC thing has helped get that fact out there to the sheeple not paying attention, especially the younger voters.
I read this article on Townhall. I usually like to read the comments left by readers on the KP articles, and I wanted to check out her latest. Well, it seems that it’s missing. In fact, articles of hers (KP’s) are missing back to July 29th. I wonder if they finally took her off the site...
I just noticed that this morning (8-13). Maybe they finally 86ed her butt out of there. She’ll probably have her own show on MSNBC or be a featured columnist at PuffHo or DailyKaos soon.
I’m a little disappointed Ann wastes a column on that old hag Kathleen Parker.
Parker is just a fool. Period.
Now do the right thing and close your FR account. It'll class the place up immensely.
I graduated law school and practiced for many years as a volunteer representing 1100 arrested pro-lifers (30 convicted) and any NRA member whom I was asked to represent generally without fee. I participated in leadership in an anti-state income tax revolt that caused repeal of a state income tax (1971) before a nickel was collected. We had another and stronger protest when Weicker bribed his way to passage of the state income tax in 1991. I applied the constitution professionally.
Therefore, I won't be going to DU, You may if you wish.
You won't go to the constitution because the constitution contains no language whatsoever requiring anyone to produce birth certificates and because you have not a leg to stand on.
You concede your (obvious) ignorance of the constitutional text but expect to be taken seriously when you "don't believe" Comrade O "has fulfilled those constitutional requirements." What you "believe" or don't "believe" is utterly irrelevant.
What does matter are facts, reality, law and constitutional provisions. On those three, you've got nothing. You also understandably fail to address the fact that Comrade O's mama was a natural born citizen and the fact that her citizenship made Comrade O a natural born citizen no matter where he was born.
Stop distracting the conservatives with this nonsense and concentrate on the absolute destruction of Comrade O and his political zombie support corps.
If an increasing number of Americans believe that JFK was assassinated by space aliens hired by King Nebuchadnezzar, should that make a difference in spite of facts and in spite of law???
You were spoiling for a fight and you got more of one than you wanted.
Let us commend Forgiven Sinner and Rummy Fan for their magnificent compliance with the basic rules of such threads.
I was very pleased to read this article and I actually wanted even more of it! I’m glad Ann has shown Kathleen Parker to be the Barry Lynn of the conservative movement. The “rev” Barry Lynn has always been a leftwing activist where it’s likely that Kathleen Parker is just a follower of political power looking fr a steady paycheck. As for “Rev” Lynn, the MSM has dropped that fakery, and it’s largely dropped Barry but I remember when every religious story at all had references to quotes by Rev Lynn where he would openly disparage Christianity.
True story: Once on a talk radio program Barry Lynn was asked if rights come from G-d or if they come from government. Barry Lynn could has taken the natural rights position, instead he said “Rights come from government.” Well, if you believe rights come from government than government has every right to remove your rights including the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
Brutal, Annie. I love it!
Star Parker is a clown
You are entitled to your opinion and to let off steam if you can't express a reasoned argument, but it makes you look like a hit-and-run poster, a Star Parker reject, or a...clown.
