I wouldn't call Romney a RINO; he is the status quo. Just like McCain and Bush.

They are the party, it's the conservatives who are outside, looking in.

More crap about this sellout. The conservatives in this country are hardening, not softening. To think that the ultimate wuss softy Romney would be our candidate is a farce.

Well, the dysfunctional GOP primary process makes Iowa and New Hampshire a must-pass for any viable candidate. Iowa is probably not all that hard for a conservative, but New Hampshire might as well be North Massachusetts. Can Sarah Palin vault that wall?

Ridiculous. Yes, this insane country was willing (God help us) to elect an anti-American mulatto marxist who is destroying freedom and liberty, but they will NEVER allow a Mormon to become President. Besides the fact that he is NOT a Conservative, I wish the best, but he will be demonized by the left and the homos until he is unrecognizable as a human being!

Make One selection please for the 2012 General Election choice for President:

_Romney or __Obama (Second Term)

or take the cyanide pill provided free to you by Obamacare.

Well, I won’t vote for him. He’s just dim-bulb-crat light.

This is one way that the RNC controls the nomination process and overrides the right of the state parties to decide on their preferred candidates.

New Hampshire has become a liberal state, with people flooding in from Taxachusetts. As we saw in the last primaries held there, it allows crossovers (just go in and say you’ve decided to become a “Republican”) and it allows out of state voters to declare that they just became New Hampshire residents for the day. Hillary brought in busloads of voters from Massachusetts, and they were all allowed to vote.

Frontload the primaries with liberal and crossover states, and the party hacks are enabled to eliminate any conservative candidates right at the start, and set the “momentum” going for their chosen RINOs.

Paste this on your monitors: Ignore 2012 polls and horse race stories. The 2008 ones allowed the SRM to give us Juan McCain.

In every poll I have seen so far, among registered Republicans everywhere, Mitt Romney is in the lead.

The Mormonosity issue with Mitt is kind of like the Catholicism issue with JFK.

This is stupid. The GOP, if it is ever to make a comeback, needs to quit having flamingly blue states with open contests like Iowa and New Hampshire have first dibs at picking its presidential candidates.

In the midst of an out an out revolt against Obamacare, so-called republican’s pick the author of RomneyCare as their candidate?

Not me. And you call all save your “hold your nose” posts. I’ll be voting for who ever the constitution or libertarian party puts up if that’s the choice.

The survey, conducted Aug. 10-11 among 403 Republicans who said they were likely to vote in the 2012 primary, was taken for Now Hampshire, a conservative Granite State news site, by Virginia-based Populus Research.

If Romney can't even win in his back yard (NH) he's toast.
