Ssshhh!! You aren’t supposed to say that out loud. Now repeat after me, “the recession is over, green shoots are everywhere, now is a great time to get back in the market, Jim Cramer is always right.” Repeat until you can say it without rolling your eyes or laughing. ;)

So - - is “shutup” a noun or a verb? (Or maybe just a typo.) ;-)

"October has historically been a rough month for the stock market."

Yup. I wouldn't be suprised if it began early this year though.

Hey, when you’re trying to take over the political system and create a single party state, why wait?

>many small business owners will have had enough.

I already have.

both of my businesses are shut down and gone.
To be fair, I was winding one down already, but the other is an example of my giving up before the real pain starts.
And I don't want to support these policies with my tax monies.

IOW, I have gone Gault and retired quite early.
I doubt SS will exist in it's present form if I live that long.

How can one leave no tracks today. “Value savings” cards at groceries, drug stores and pet supply stores track every purchase. If the cards aren’t used, the price is nearly doubled.

Many stores DON'T use such cards. I won't use 'em, and get by just fine. YMMV, you may have to expend a little effort to avoid those cards.

Part of not leaving tracks is realizing that "they" don't care that much to find you. Cash out your paycheck and go from there.

Paranoia: the belief that someone cares

I just wonder, if San Francisco got hit like New York and Washington got hit, would the country rally around them like we did in 2001, or would we say, too bad so sad.

Yep. Time to muster the assets. Secure them and look for greener pastures where people respect capital and individualism. The USA is in deep doo doo with these Communists in control...
