How to defeat the telephone conference cowards!!!

Since the democrat congressmen/congresswomen are hiding behind the teleconference it's our time to seize the day.

Since the democrat congress has decided to avoid the voter at this time to explain his/her understanding and reason for voting to socialize medicine I feel that the only way to MAKE them confront us is to get candidates for the upcoming elections to hold PRESS CONFERENCES and TOWNHALL MEETINGS with the name and empty podium /microphone next to the candidate present. In this manner we can poke fun of these cowards and get video of the fact that the candidate that isn't afraid of his constituents is willing to answer questions and the current democrat is hiding. Announce it to the press, video tape it and post it on youtube or any other viral digital network in order to step around the brown shirt media and the union thugs.

We need to do this in all the districts and do it repeatedly until the congress understands that they work for us and not the other way around.

So get video, post on line, hold question and answer sessions with empty podiums/name plates for the congress person absent and poke fun. Read Alinsky's rules and now turn it on them..... it's going to be great...

I received a call from a congressman who said he was going to have another conference call about health care, but he never gave his name. I guess he is a double coward.

Place a PHONE on the empty podium...or on a stool next to it...to represent the congressman. You could even walk over occasionally, pick up the earpiece, and say "Nope, still not there". TV cameras like visuals, so make the most of it.

Maybe find an old land phone...appropro the Dems' antiquated out ideas. Not to mention, the red is perfect...looks like an old Kremlin phone!

Great idea about empty podiums, chairs, etc., but here is another idea:

0BAMA PUPPETS.

If we can find a source for something cheap similar to this:



Place THAT at the empty podium, chair, etc., because the reason the Congress critter is refusing to appear before the public in the first place is because they've SOLD OUT their constituents in favor of Dear Comrade 0bama.

Signs representing captions can be placed in front of the puppet, here's one example:

"I am Congressman/(woman) Blankety-Blank, I support the Dear Leader's worthless slogan for 'Hope and Change', see, I'm HOPING You The Sheeple won't CHANGE your minds about me! So DON'T vote for Mr. American Patriot, HE doesn't mindlessly rubber stamp the Dear Leader like *I* do!"

Get the idea?

And remember too, that the 0bamunists will try to paint ALL opposition as 'birthers' in a bid to discredit them, so if Patriots running against an 0bamunist Congress-critter is confronted with the 'birther' label, a good retort would be:

"It isn't the fault of millions of Americans that they have doubts about the current Occupant of the Oval Office (*note - AVOID referring to 0bama as the 'President' whenever possible), the fact is, ALL of Mr. 0bama's 43 presidential predecessors did NOT find it necessary to hide the details of their birth, their origins, their school records, their travel history, the papers they wrote, our past presidents made their lives an open book to the American people because they WORKED for the American people, and Mr. 0bama dishonors those past presidents and the tradition of REAL openness and transparency with his continued stonewalling about his records. He needs to come clean with the American people and RELEASE THE RECORDS, what has he got to hide?"


Anyway, my humble contribution and suggestions.

Good post. I’m thinking that in this technological age, money is NOT a problem in running against the princes and duchesses. One can run a campaign largely on Youtube, with a specific message:
1. I do not want endorsement from any political party
2. I do not want contributions
3. I will read every bill before voting
4. I will serve only one term
5. One half of my salary goes back to the people

Other issues can be raised in subsequent videos: anti-abortion, balanced budgets, turn down perks, no lobbyists welcome, etc.

Once support is sufficient (gauged by responses), take to on-line newspapers and local groups that you are invited to, etc. Finally, face to face with your opponent(s) at their political events.

I would do it; but at 68, I’m too old for public office.

LOVE IT! And easier to implement than my idea, the conservative challenger keeps picking up the phone, saying ‘Congressman So-and-So? You there? These people want to talk to you? Hello? C’mon, they ELECTED you, and they can UN-elect you! Helloooooo?’

Replay video newscasts of those members of Congress (House and Senate) making statements about supporting Commissar B.O. at these people called and managed town hall meetings. Announce the time and place and that the member of Congress has an open invitation!

And hold regular meetings to develop a large number of citizens willing to become involved in the election process. Help build the momentum until the next election when the Congress can be flushed of those pushing an anti-American agenda!
