Oh, she was my favorite in “FBDO”.
My sister-in-law looked and talked just like her, and had the same job, only in a Long Island High School.
Hhahahahahahaha
I am noticing outside of the net that the entertainment shows have shown very little on him..I tuned into Showbiz Tonight on Headline News and they just splashed it in today’s “news briefs”...not a word said...just Paula Abdul and a story on Brad Pitt liking sex and his issues with gay marriage.
The rumors about him being a Republican must be true and known to the media.
I was watching my DVD of Ferris earlier tonight (I had to transcribe the "righteous dood" quote, LOL) and Edie McClurg is interviewed for the special features. She seems like a total doll. She said she and Jeffrey Jones (Principal Rooney) filmed the phone call scene in one take!
I wonder if he will be buried in Shermer, Illinois?
This guy wrote “Flubber and “Home Alone 3”? :-o
And “Maid in Manhattan”?
He must have lost his mind.
My father died the same way, massive heart attack, 5 days after his 55th birthday.
That is cool! It was a little surreal seeing John Hughes at the Whole Foods. I didn't want to stare, but I kept thinking, "OMG, is that John Hughes in the checkout line???"
A few years ago I saw one of the goalies for the Blackhawks at the regular grocery store. He was walking out and we were walking in. He was trying so hard to avoid my husband looking at him because he was wearing a Chicago Wolves tshirt (our local AHL team) and a Blackhawks hat. I swear I could see the thought bubble over his head, "Look straight ahead...look straight ahead..."
Yes! LOL Love that movie, too.
“Aaaaarmy training, sir!”
Yep because very little has been shown about him even on the entertainment shows...the man was responsible for more hits than any producer, writer, director today could dream of.
Well Buck WAS living in Chicago at the time ;)
Sometimes you have off days. If you haven’t seen his later work, “Reach the Rock”, I’d recommend renting it. You could see shades of his ‘80s greatness in it. I wish he could’ve continued on that course and made a comeback... Alas, not to be.
