My sister-in-law looked and talked just like her, and had the same job, only in a Long Island High School. I was watching my DVD of Ferris earlier tonight (I had to transcribe the "righteous dood" quote, LOL) and Edie McClurg is interviewed for the special features. She seems like a total doll. She said she and Jeffrey Jones (Principal Rooney) filmed the phone call scene in one take!
