It’s looking more and more like the forged “Kenyan birth certificate” released by Orly Taitz on Sunday was a prank by a supporter of President Obama. Politijab points to an anonymous blogger at FearlessBlogging, who has uploaded four photos of the original forgery and a mocking declaration:

Fine cotton business paper: $11

Inkjet printer: $35

1940 Royal Model KMM manual typewriter: $10

2 Shilling coin: $1

Pilot Varsity fountain pen: $3

And where do you get that she was “tricked”? Was she “tricked” into believing that Obama has 100s of social security numbers? Or that Haw Rev St s 338 permits issuance of HI COLBs showing HI birth for foreign-born citizens? Or ... any number of other outrageous claims she has made that dilute any real valid claim she may have had?

Yes, I noticed that as well. I don’t think that’s rust though, I think it was salsa or pizza or spaghetti sauce. Maybe it fell off or was wiped off, but yes that a point in the other direction.

Yes it does. Electronic tranfers could include an electronic photo of the doc. Also, Orly stated she said has a color copy of the doc.

There's really nothing that will come of that line, Beloved Levinite. Orly could try arguing in a court that someone made her look like a fool with the fake, but I'm thinking a wise person would avoid having their gullibility put up as a court issue. It's wiser to fess that ya got punk'd, laugh and learn from the experience, then get back to something concrete - seeking release of the alleged longform Hawaii BC.

The Hawaiian officials say he was born in Hawaii. They are pretty adament about it. There is something else going on like the name of the father or lack there of. The language statement and no questions is very lawfully said to say the least!

It was my understanding that the original had 47,644 and the registrars initials were E.K. rather than E.F.

There is a thread here discussing how there were subtle changes made after the original posting.

Do you have a copy of the pdf?

Swordmaker (the original uploader) and Jim Thompson (heh), have both posted to the long thread saying that no, the original had 47,044 and EF Lavender and that it was JPG artifacting that caused it to appear differently.
