Democratic Senators emerged from their working lunch meeting with President Obama at the White House today confident that they would pass health care this year, comparing the President’s lunch invitation as a “pep talk before the game.”

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nevada) called out what he called the “loud, shrill voices” that have been interrupting town hall meetings across the country held by Democratic members of Congress and members of the administration on health care reform.

“In spite of the loud, shrill voices trying to interrupt town hall meetings and just throwing a monkey wrench into everything, we’re going to continue to be positive and work hard.”

Senator Dodd (D-Connecticut) said that they are willing “to nail down legislation and work with the house” on this. And emphasized the importance of returning from August recess with a “renewed senses of purpose.”

As Hillary Clinton famously yelled...

“I am sick and tired of people who say that if you debate and you disagree with this administration, somehow you’re not patriotic, and we should stand up and say, ‘WE ARE AMERICANS AND WE HAVE A RIGHT TO DEBATE AND DISAGREE WITH ANY ADMINISTRATION!’”
Free speech. It might be the very best thing about America, even when it irks.

Take that Dirty

This Union will not stand.

The USSA has been created and is an unstoppable result of the expansion of voting rights to non-freeholders, those under 21, convicts, imbeciles, and illegal aliens.

The non socialist states are slowly starting to realize that secession is the way forward.

The Austin TX democrat rep that was met with a hostile crowd last Saturday (L Doggett) has issued a press release wherein he states that the tone of the event has made him even more resolved to pass a health control bill. The fact that his own constituents do not want him to vote for any health care control means nothing to him.

This is becoming an ‘in your face’ moment for many democrat reps. Rather than reflect the will of their constituents, they are going to tow Nancy’s party line. Why? Who knows ... many are in ‘safe’ districts hence they don’t care what their constituents want. Others know that even if they are not reelected, they are set for life because they have been promised eternal life and untold riches by Pelosi and Rahm the Destroyer. I am sure other equally absurd but plausible reasons abound.

Yes, exactly...

And all so innocent sounding. Start small to get people used to the idea.

But what will it be next?

...Coming soon to a neighborhood near you...

I fully expect these thin-skinned loony liberals to arrest anyone who disagrees with them at a town meeting.

Dogget is a Democrat in the People’s Republic of Austin. He may as well have inherited that seat.

This may be the Senate version of Healthcare.

Here’s another site to check out. Notice the gov. pays 72% of healthcare premiums for it’s employees.

Loud Shrill Voices, that’s what the British called it until they attempted to march back from Concord.

THEY JUST DON’T GET IT.

You're welcome, yellowroses ... continue to pray for all those in authority over us, that they would rule righteously and well, for they are accountable to the Ultimate Judge.

Folks, I went to one of these last week and was “loud and shrill”.

I’m going to as many as I can.

Please, everyone, do the same! It does help I believe and Reid’s crying encourages me that much more.

Yup - I’m guessing Sen. Reid wasn’t an English Comp major because his choice of adjectives is really juvenile.

The Senate Sesame Street words of the day are; Smelly, Loud and Shrill

BTW, that post came from Michelle Malkin. I remember Hill saying it.
