Federal prosecutors are naming an eighth suspect they say is tied to a ring of would-be terrorists in North Carolina.
An unsealed copy of an indictment released Monday names the suspect as Jude Kenan Mohammad. Documents say Mohammad is a U.S. citizen and North Carolina resident who went to Pakistan in October 2008 "to engage in violent jihad," and authorities believe he is still there
