I think the Australian was the forgery and I do not know one way or the other about the Kenyan. As Swordmaker posted, I believe this one has been sitting there waiting to be sprung. The Australian document does not show up on the waybackmachine either. When It was in the works is anyones guess, however I believe it was very recent.

I don't think it was sitting there very long... it was probably inserted into the webpage shortly after Orly posted the Kenyan BC proxy. The creator was too full of himself and had to out it so he could enjoy his fifteen minutes of fame.
