As Swordmaker posted, I believe this one has been sitting there waiting to be sprung. I don't think it was sitting there very long... it was probably inserted into the webpage shortly after Orly posted the Kenyan BC proxy. The creator was too full of himself and had to out it so he could enjoy his fifteen minutes of fame.

That is what I had theorized based on the difficulty in finding it and the lack of results in the way back machine. I'm have the beginnings of a real "migraine" so I will be signing off until tomorrow. Will have more to post then.
