Same here...I almost gave a “D” for my state’s senators, but then I decided that it doesn’t matter. I’m sick of all of ‘em. Even if they all came over to my house, mowed my lawn, washed my car, and gave me a back massage, I’d still want to vote ‘em out.

I did find it fascinating that Obama is doing “OK” according to the grades, but it’s really all Congress’ fault...how interesting...

Grade the Republican leadership? Of course they're going to get failing grades because conservatives think they've rolled over for the Democrats and liberals will just vote against them anyhow.

One of the first things you learn in statistics class is how people manipulate statistical data to give the best impression toward their goals. (IOW: LYING WITH STATISTICS!) This poll is a prime example.

The poll results and maps are very misleading. CNN is using the simple arithmetic Mean, which does NOT accurately reflect how the majority of the population feel about the issues questioned, and a honest pollster would not use it.
The Proper indicator for this type of poll is the MODAL AVERAGE; that is, what grade the majority of the respondents submitted. In every single state, the overwhelming majority rated him “F”! The secondmost common grade was “D”.

In only 4 states did he receive over 20% “A”s, but even in those, he received many more “F”s!
