I wouldn’t put too much weight on ‘Republic’ being pre-printed letterhead thingy ruining it. It was only months later that they did officially become the Republic, but Kenya was ballyhooing the upcoming Republic.

Good point. I was living in Hawaii when Statehood was passed by the Congress. It was a very big deal. As I recall, some time passed before Statehood became official, but anything that said "Territory of Hawaii" on it was suddenly out of fashion. This might not apply to court documents, but no one wanted a document with the old designation.

My son says it’s Google analytics and they regularly do this to websites to cut down traffic. It keeps the unaware of politics from using the site. Websites get this label if ONE person turns it in to Google as “subversive” etc. It’s just Google trying to control what you see.

Not likely. Google does this to sites that are conservative. I was told that they tried it with FR. Starwise says there are Google execs that sit on boards for Obama.

What I suggested is official protocol. We and Kenya are signatories to a reciprocal agreement, they must respond with documents to prove or disprove officially. That the U.K. Gov may have original documents is secondary, and we would not, I think, go there as a first resort, it’s not diplomatically appropriate.

The authenticity of the document would come into question only if proof was shown that Book and Page and Registration numbers did not belong to 0bama II.

Of course, they could dance around it, but, a Republican Senator could hold up any funding for their Country, too. As well, if they did, and it did prove to be true, they would risk our ire in future dealings with our new POTUS.

Do some more checking. Kenya became INDEPENDENT on Dec 12, 1963 under their first elected President, Kenyetta.
