And, IMHO, people should quit posting lists of page numbers and their interpretation of items in the bill (http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2305534/posts?page=100#100. Some of the items they list are just plain wrong. For instance, the bill DOES NOT grant the Feds access to you bank account. That section (page 59, line 21) refers to the insurer and the provider and is there to speed up claim payment. Here is what it states:

‘‘(C) enable electronic funds transfers, in order to allow automated reconciliation with the related health care payment and remittance ad- vice;

The interpretation of said references are valid and welcome.

For instance, P.59, l. 21, is valid after The Obammunist takes over the insurance industry.

The Speaker of the House, "Insurance companies are the villans."

"Health Care Reform" is being transformed into "Insurance Reform".

All interpretations must be seen as if the Marxists are in charge of everything.

Homosexuals suffering from complications due to the AIDS virus will receive all the help they want. Sex change operations will also be covered by the current "health" care legislation, you can be assured. Just as they managed to get abortion services provided (in spite of the Hyde Amendment), these benefits will get in through the back door in the early hours of the morning.

This administration would no more abandon one of its key constituents (the gay lobby), than it would come out against affirmative action.
