Obama's widely publicized effort to defuse the first racial flare-up of his young presidency by inviting the protagonists to the White House last week for beers and conversation ended well by most accountsSorry, it only ended well for kneepadded sycophants like yourself trying to spin for your hero.

Momentum?
How does a con-man gain “momentum” after he has been outed as a fraud?
This was not a spelling error, at the black board, like former VP Dan Quale made.
This was a CHARACTER affirming moment, when we all saw inside Obama’s twisted, petty soul.
Obama will have better days, to be sure, but Obama will NEVER have the support he had even two months ago, ever again in his life!

Lawrence Jacobs, director of the Center for the Study of Politics and Governance at the University of Minnesota's Hubert H. Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs...ah yes, Hubert Humphrey - ain't he the guy who once said that "a culture is judged by the compassion with which it treats the youngest and most elder of its people" - Obama the abortion champion and Medicare abolitionist must have missed that bit of American history, along with much of the rest of it........

his approval rating plummeted among whites, dropping over two days from 53 percent to 46 percent in a poll by the nonpartisan Pew Research Center I doubt very much that he ever got 53% of whites to support him. He only got 45% of the white vote during the elections. If he got 40% or less of the white vote he would have lost the elections.
Also it is too late for Obama to save himself among a big majority of white voters. No amount of dog and pony shows is going to change their minds that he is a racist. In fact those dog and pony shows are seen by a big majority of white as an insult to their intelligence by a racist and they are making matters much worse not better.

Here we have the unseemly exhibition of the AP actually pleading with its (white) readers to understand the delicate nuances exhibited by the black prince during the Gates comedy of Barackian errors. It moans and groans that their precious, misunderstood Hussein fumbled the racial harmony message and by doing so the stupid American electorate, who can't focus on two issues at once like Barack can, lost sight of the healthcare message that was going great guns until the Kenyan, who has only our best interests at heart, opened his big mouth.
You have to wonder when the AP decided to stop reporting actual news and decided to accept an article that is little more than an ideological tract that could have been written by......well, by Barack Obama The best part of the article is the quote by some Columbia University political science guy who was obviously awakened in the middle of the night while he was having sex with his boyfriend. He pretty much explains that the whole diminishing poll fuss should be ignored since Hussein's falling numbers are caused by white voters and the chances are good that these same white rascals are more likely to be REPUBLICANS or INDEPENDENTS, so who cares what they think. Finally the author throws Obama lovers a lifeline by telling them that things will get better because of the August recess. So I guess the AP is counting on the fact that the disappearance of their beloved Barack for the month of August is really a good thing since it will give those same dumb white hicks the opportunity to see how unfair and unjust they've been to Barack, especially when those pesky pollsters roll around.

Obama's widely publicized effort to defuse the first racial flare-up of his young presidency by inviting the protagonists to the White House.... Wait a minute. They couldn't both be protagonists. They were on opposite sides of the issue.
One of them was the protagonist: Sgt. Crowley. And the other was the antagonist: Professor Whogivesafig.
And besides....where's the birth certificate!!!???

Maybe it is time for minorities to grow up and realize a) it is not 1972, b) they have the same opportunities as everyone else, and c) nobility and self-respect do not come via a government check.

When Obama drops another 5 points in the polls, Michelle will announce that she is no longer proud of America.
I don’t drink much anymore because of medications I have to take, but on that day, I will skip the meds and have an almost frozen beer.... or three.
I may even buy my dog a beer.

Lawrence Jacobs, director of the Center for the Study of Politics and Governance at the University of Minnesota’s Hubert H. Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs, said he was stunned at how poorly Obama, normally so controlled, handled what Jacobs called “the first major personal debacle for the president.”
“Normally so controlled?” What? Here is a man who has said some of the most stupid things ever for a President and presidential candidate. The author must be drinking his favorite beverage: ice cold Obama-flavored Fool-Ade.
