How ironic is it that the left constantly accuses conservative leaders of being stupid i.e., Reagan, Palin, yet their own heroes are genuine morons c.f., Gore, Obama?

It doesn’t matter what his IQ is. The MSM will tout him as a genius, as they do all Democrats, while calling Republicans border line mentally retarded.

...says his IQ is "off the charts" and that he is "probably the smartest guy ever to become president,"

What a sick joke.

I have read large amounts of the founders writings who have become Presidents and to compare this fraud to them is beyond surreal

Famous presidential historian Michael Beschloss, a regular on PBS's Newshour show, says his IQ is "off the charts" and that he is "probably the smartest guy ever to become president," while admitting he doesn't know what his IQ is. I say: let's look at the evidence.

There is really nothing new, here. SRM "journalists" (which include PBS), have ALWAYS claimed that the Democrats are the smartest people on earth and the conservatives can't breath on their own unless someone is there to tell them to inhale, then exhale.

This type of information is on;y useful for a handful of sheeple . . . . who typically don't browse FR for their information. What the SRM fails to grasp is that the actions of the "smartest people on earth" ALWAYS belie the leftist claims of their astronomical IQs.

about he and I and Professor Gates

Let's not forget that it's supposed to be him and me as these words are objects of the preposition about. But I think they started teaching that in fifth or sixth grade. Maybe he was still in Indonesia? Maybe he just forgot; or maybe he never learned?

Here's a fun thing to do if you have a few minutes. Do a Google for "Frank Marshall Davis" and "Frank Marshal Davis". He's reportedly Zer0's actual father. When will this stuff stop?

Mommy has some interesting pictures, too.

I remember some talking heads discussing this about two years before the 2008 elections. In that conversation, one of them stated that BO had an IQ of 127. I remember this number because that meant his and mine are the same. I was surprised because I had heard that GWB had 145 or more.

I know for a fact that a 127 IQ is not high enough to be a CIC during a war or run as the US President. Semper Fi

The premise is wrong ... that somehow it matters whether he is the smartest. Accepting the premise is accepting the premise of elitism ... that the best and the smartest should decide for the rest of us how to spend our money, what healthcare to seek, how many children to have, and what science of the week to believe in.

We should be in a decentralized decision making culture when many small decisions are made by many small minds. We should not put all our money the smartest dude, whoever he is.

I remember that dictators of communist countries would often puff up their alleged intelligence with ghost-written books and other propaganda to impress the proletariate. Nicolea Ceausescu, dictator of Romania, and his wife were infamous for it.

Good article. It’s been my contention all along that the claims that Obama has an superior I.Q. are wishful thinking at best, and are without any verification.

If he's so intelligent, he shouldn't mind showing the American people his school transcripts.

WHERE ARE YOUR TRANSCRIPTS, MR. OBAMA?

The shroud surrounding his experience at Columbia contrasts with that of other major party nominees since 2000, all whom have eventually released information about their college performance or seen it leaked to the public...

A spokesman for the university, Brian Connolly, confirmed that Mr. Obama spent two years at Columbia College and graduated in 1983 with a major in political science. He did not receive honors, Mr. Connolly said, though specific information on his grades is sealed...

Moreover, we do not know why he was accepted into these schools in the first place. Obama himself has suggested he did not have the grades to meet their requirements. By his own admission, Obama spent his final two years in high school skipping classes, playing basketball, doing cocaine and getting drunk.

Similarly, his admission to Harvard Law school is highly questionable. Where are his LSAT scores? And how does one graduate from Columbia without honors and yet get accepted at Harvard Law?

Lastly, his ascendancy to the Presidency of the Harvard Law school would appear to have also been a case of blatant affirmative action, since the student Obama had only written one legal paper, and that was quite short and remarkably undistinguished...

The playing filed was cleared for Obama a long time ago. God knows what slimeballs have run interference for him. He's a pompous, pseudo-intellect who wouldn't know the difference between breakfast and lunch without a teleprompter.

...tests that aren't making people better.

Tests don't make people better, treatments make people better. Tests are for diagnostic purposes, to decide on the best treatment.

It would not matter to me if he were verified to have an IQ greater than Marilyn vos Savant. All that matters is his words and actions.

Can't forget his addled "Cominsky Park" instead of "Comisky Park."

We should keep a list of his many goof-ups. In his book, "Dreams of My Father," he (or whoever wrote it) got several dates wrong along with other inexplicable errors and contradictions.

He's not who he wants us to believe he is.
