Lucia Whalen spoke during a press conference in Cambridge, Mass., in an effort to clear her name. The appearance came after the city released the 911 tape showing that she did not identify either of the men she thought she saw trying to break into the home as black, even though an initial police report said she did.

The woman who made the 911 call that launched America into a national debate on race said Wednesday that she was unfairly called a "racist" after she reported a possible break-in at the Cambridge, Mass., home of black Harvard scholar Henry Louis Gates Jr.

I have to say, I'm getting as tired of this whole caper as I am of that Susan Boyle lady.
Obama is a racist. We knew that over a year ago, he's shown it time and again, he's doing nothing to lessen that image in this incident.
Let's just let it lie, concentrate on the “Obama-end of life acceleration program” and wait for something even more egregious to pop up in a couple of weeks.

Of course there was racism, haven’t we heard from a ‘community organizer’ already about it? Conclusions from such sources are beyond reproach regardless of details like... facts.

I like the fact that the woman's lawyer called out Obama in this fiasco. But the lawyer also incorrectly slimed the officer by stating that her client was the only one that acted responsibly. Gates and Obama were solely the irresponsible ones.

Whenever the chosen one is caught with his foot in his mouth, he or one of his surrogates drag out the race card. Its been only six months and I think people are getting fed up with his race baiting tactics.
First it was if you don't vote for me you are a racist. Next he said if you don't like my policies its because your racist.
I swear he drags that race card out 3 or 4 times a month. It will wear thin sooner or later.

I agree with you. That lawyer did slime the officer unfairly.

The media acted stupidly. Then again, they were following El Presidente’s lead.

"Wendy Murphy is horrible." Isn't she, though? I wanted to wring her neck when she kept saying all 3 had overreacted. The ones that did were gates & obama. Crowley absolutely did NOT overreact!!!!

AND. . . I think obama should have a new name - Instigator in Chief (IIC). He's an expert at starting problems, then stepping back and acting all innocent, and then stepping up and "trying to solve the problem" HE created.
