If these states truly do stand up to the Feds, watch for mass immigration by die-hard conservatives like myself.

I heard a radio interview with Randy Terrill - Oklahoma State Rep. He has introduced a bill to place a measure on the ballot in 2010 to make English the official language in Oklahoma. Our Attorney General received a letter from attorney general Holder threatening to with hold federal funds if it passes. Our state legislators are pissed to say the least!
holder and buckwheat can go pound sand! If it was up to me, I’d dig up and cut every road in the state that accesses a federal facility (office, military base, park, etc) and tell the feds to kiss my ass!.....red

They can come and get my guns any time. Unfortunately, I was out in my canoe on lake Pend O’reille with all my guns and the canoe capsized in the deepest part of the lake; like 1100 feet deep. I lost every single one of them. Darn!

The Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives has published open letters to federal firearms license holders in Montana and Tennessee explaining that federal law trumps state law when it comes to gun laws.
While the ATF is citing federal law they should also cite Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution that lists all the powers granted to Congress by the Constitution. No where in Article 1 Section 8 is it listed that Congress has the power to create a federal police force including the ATF. The ATF is unconstitutional.

From the day Obama was elected, the people rushed to stores buying up guns and ammunition at unprecedented rates. With the combination of a new president and staff known to want to ban gun and gun sales and the District of Columbia vs. Heller ruling, it has helped spur more laws to relax gun restrictions. This, I am positive, angers the Obama administration. Angers? The Bammie administration is figuratively bleeding from their ears.
When The Øne blinked and stupidly announced in front of national news cameras that there was no need to run out and buy guns EVERYONE knew exactly what to do.
Run out and buy several guns and as much ammo as was (and is) on the shelves. Keep right on buying guns and ammo until The Øne is back in his hole in Chicago.
That is exacty what is occurring and there is not a damn thing The Øne can do about it.
Except perhaps get in front of the cameras on nearly a daily basis and lie like Bagdad Bob
oh, wait, that is exactly what he is doing as we type and read.

Am I not mistaken or were the laws written specifically to include only native firearms sold to resident citizens thus making the commerce clause moot? Without commerce the feds should have NO jurisdiction in the matter.

The Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives has published open letters to federal firearms license holders in Montana and Tennessee explaining that federal law trumps state law when it comes to gun laws.Federal law does trump state laws on gun regulations. Too bad the feds don't read the Constitution.
If politicians don't read their own bills, who expects law enforcement to read the laws?

federal law trumps state law - Federal law does NOT trump state law : the states are ~NOT~ units of the Federal Government, and I doubt the Feds have enough agents enforce all their unconstitutonal laws, however nothing will be done against them unless the States next either through the governor (with these laws as legislative backing) or new laws that specifically arrest federal agents, and protect it’s citizens; then nothing will be done against this..
