The latest on 'Certification of Live Birth' (Officials confirm : not necessarily accurate)

The online image posted by the Obama campaign of a "Certification of Live Birth" continues to be used as a source of documentation for the president's birth place, even though previous reports have revealed there is little proof that can be derived from the document.

A new example came just as the reports were being released over the statement by Hawaii State Health Director Chiyome Fukino that she had reviewed the "records" and was confirming that "Barrack Hussein Obama" was born in Hawaii.

The issue is whether Obama's birthplace and time qualify him to be a "natural born" citizen, as the U.S. Constitution requires for occupants of the Oval Office.

Fukino has made two similar, but not identical statements, about Obama's birth.

Yesterday, she released this statement: "I, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Director of the Hawaii State Department of Health, have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawaii State Department of Health verifying Barrack [sic] Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American citizen."

Several months earlier, she said, "I, and Dr. Alvin Onaka have personally seen and verified that the Hawaii State Department of Health has Sen. Obama's original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures."

As a small-time bureaucrat who is suddenly swimming with the big, dangerous fish, I suspect she's simply doing as she's told. Kind of like Kathleen Blanco, shortly after Katrina hit.

Question: If Obama was not born in Hawaii, how many people know about it? How wide is the conspiracy? Rahm Emanuel, sure. He's out working on creating a phony birth certificate. George Soros, he's funding it all. Who else? Conceivably, even Michelle doesn't know. Grandma's dead. Mom and Grandpa dead a while. Sister may not know.

Who did he have to tell the truth, so that they would know what had to be done? How far would the circle of trust go? The perimeter of that circle is where the risk might lie.

At this point, I think the most likely scenario is that Obami was born in Kenya, and that his mother and granny falsified his place of birth. The latest pronouncement from the Hawaii Dept of Records Chick is that Obami is a U.S. Citizen in "accordance with the laws of Hawaii" I'm not questioning this. However, the laws back then were such that the only thing he needed to get a legal birth certificate was a signed statement from a relative. Following that law, he is a legal citizen. However, that conclusion is based on the assumption that the information contained on the application for a birth certificate is true. This is where I have my problem.

While it may or may not be possible to prove or disprove that he was born in Hawaii, the official Obami story is that he was born in a hospital. If that's the case, then the long form WILL contain a signature of an attending physician and nurse. And THAT, I believe, is what is at the heart of this whole matter. If the document does NOT contain a signature, this will prove that Obami is lying. If that's the case, then the whole rest of his birth story will also be called into question. Right now, the long form is the linchpin that is holding back this whole flood of questions and investigations into Obamis complete lack of records. That, I believe, is what this whole thing is about.

Actually, the latest pronouncement of Hawaii Records Chick works in our favor. Before, there was no reason for Obami NOT to release his records. If this chick claims to have seen them, and claims that he is legit "in accordance with the law", then Obami now has ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY no reason not to release his records. The lack of a doctors signature would open the flood-gates of investigation. Obami could claim that he was born in Hawaii, but not in a hospital, but I don't think anyone would really buy that story.

Right now, Obami is caught between a rock and a hard place. The Governor of Hawaii had made it known that she has squirreled away a copy of his long form from 7-8 months ago. Obami can't release a phony long-form, because the Gov would call him on it. That's why we are seeing a full-court press right now from the White House and the MSM. The "birther" movement is starting to pick up a little steam. Unless they manage to stop it right now, Obami will be caught in a cover-up. Even though he may be a legit U.S. citizen, it's not the crime, it's the cover-up. Further, this will cause a lot of damage to the MSM, who are complicit in the cover up. When you consider that his sister in-law also had a Hawaii birth certificate (she was born in Indonesia), and if you take the Hawaii Dept of Records Chick at her word, this is the only scenario that fits the available facts.
