We need to hammer the phones then plan on Town Hall meetings when the vermin recess.

Amen. We all need to educate ourselves on this and then burn up the lines to our reps. They need to fear for their absolute political lives. If they go to recess without a vote, then we need to HAMMER THEM MERCILESSLY, so there is no mistake, so this things goes into the ash heap of history that it deserves.

Section 152 Page 50: All healthcare services will be provided without regard to "personal characteristcs" which is not defined within the document but is understood to include immigration status.

Section 224 b Page 125: The Secretary shall design and implement the payment mechanisms and policies under this section in a manner that — (1) seeks to (B) reduce health disparities (including racial, ethnic and other disparities).

Just an FYI, my congress critter has this information posted right on his website:
