Question for all: At what point in the campaign process, for any office, is a candidate supposed to prove their eligibility to run for a desired office? When, Where, and to Whom does one prove that they are a natural born US Citizen to run for the office of President of the United States?

As it's pretty much turned out, not at all. It should be the individual secretaries of state of the various states, all of whom seem to have taken the Illegal Alien's filings mostly on faith. If he runs in 2012, it will be essential to put REAL PRESURE on each to verify the constitutional eligibility of each presidential candidate.

What an excellent point! That would be really easy to find out with a simple title search of the address. Every mortgage would be recorded as a first deed of trust (or whatever HI calls them) at the court house. Any HI FReepers near that court house?

You’re right. If that property or any property close-by had a mortgage on it, the courthouse would have that information. I’m assuming some enterprising young journalist has already checked that out but...

Is there a Hawaii ping list?

That's what I was afraid of! It sure looks that way!

Clearing the Smoke on Obama’s Eligibility: An Intelligence Investigator’s June 10 Report

—snippet—

In 1961 if a 17 year old American girl gave birth in a foreign country to a child whose father was not an American citizen, that child had no right to any American citizenship, let alone the “natural born” citizenship that qualifies someone for the Presidency under Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution.

“ 7 FAM 1133.2-2 Original Provisions and Amendments to Section 301

(CT:CON-204; 11-01-2007)

“a. Section 301 as Effective on December 24, 1952: When enacted in 1952, section 301 required a U.S. citizen married to an alien to have been physically present in the United States for ten years, including five after reaching the age of fourteen, to transmit citizenship to foreign-born children. The ten-year transmission requirement remained in effect from 12:01 a.m. EDT December 24, 1952, through midnight November 13, 1986, and still is applicable to persons born during that period.

What is the form number on your copy ? Is it OHSM 1.1 (Rev 11/01) Laser ? If not, then you cannot compare the two since they are different forms. Since you say yours was ordered on Mar 6-2000, they can’t be the same form, since both the Obama and DeCosta COLB were on a form that was revised in 2001.

Thanks for confirming the point I made on memory only. You’ve nailed down the fact that he couldn’t become a naturalized citizen through his mother. Hence, her only way to make him a citizen, assuming he wasn’t born in the U.S., was to prepare a fraudulent Certificate. If that’s what happened, and I strongly suspect it is, then he’s an illegal alien, not even a citizen.

Andrea would have been 6 years old in 1961 and would remember a woman and baby living in the yard

You've done some good research. But I doubt a 6 year old would remember someone who lived there for only a couple of months, 50 years later.

How about neighbors? Any leads on the neighbors?
