If you can do E-mail (OutlookExpress), you can jazz up yer stuff here at FR.
When you create a NEW MAIL, click the VEIW tab, which will show you a little menu. Click the SOURCE EDIT tab.
This will put 3 tabs at the bottom of your New Message window --> [Edit] [Source] [Preveiw]
After you get the message to look the way you want it; click the [Source] tab. Then the HTML code for what you've just written appears.
Simply snip the code after the <BODY> tag and before the </BODY> tags and paste that into the FR Reply box and you've got it!
Here is what the BLUE line looks like:

Simple!
