You're absolutely right. This should be the top headline on Drudge and on Bourque. If he's seen the original birth certificate of Obama, why would there be so many court cases wherein a view of that document is denied? This defies common sense and numerous legal pleadings. If Obama authorized O'Reilly to see the SEALED document, then that's a whole different can of worms re O'Reilly's objectivity in reporting on Obama.

Indonesian citizenship does not trump US citizenship. If Urkle was born in Hawaii and never officially renounced his US citizenship (as an adult) then he is eligible. He could have claimed anything else, won’t matter. He could have traveled on a Martian passport, does not matter.
US law overrules any other on the citizenship issue and other country’s claims are irrelevant. This was all clearly laid out here before the election and there is no doubt about any of it.
O’Reilly is obviously talking about the short form Certification of Live Birth that the state of Hawaii now sends to any person who requests their “birth certificate” from the state.
Obama’s COLB was obtained from the state by Factcheck.org and also by politifact of the St. Petersburg Times both with the permission of the Obama campaign. I’m sure that is the same way that O’Reilly got a copy of the COLB.
That document says that Barack Hussein Obama II was born at 7:24 P.M. on August 4, 1961 and that he was born in the City of Honolulu, Hawaii.
Anyone attempting to debunk that information is going to have to prove that the state of Hawaii is mailing out a fraudulent document.
There is NO constitutional requirement that anyone should have access to any confidential birth information other than date of birth and place of birth.
A clearheaded LIAR is all BO is. He could not legally receive any such document.
And the Constitution is more important than any single “issue”.
Keeping this alive in NO way diminishes our ability to point out Urkle’s idiocies.
The problem with BOR is that he thinks he’s “looking out for the folks” even when the folks disagree. He could have serious doubts but would never say so because he fears turmoil.
