And let’s not forget the media’s role in all of this. They refused to vet Obama from the very beginning or to follow up on all of the other Obama scandals(Rezko, Ayers, Wright,etc.). They haven’t done their jobs through any of this. If Obama fails, the media fails too.
They are going to do anything they have to do at this point to protect Obama and shape public opinion. And if that means they have to lie,steal or cheat to protect Obama, they are going to lie, steal and cheat.
If this were a trial this would be called "tainting the jury pool".

Dual nationality means ‘more than nation subject to’ and for the purposes of natural born citizen that contradicts the clear comments from the likes of the father of the fourteenth amendment and several SCOTUS rulings like Perkin v Elg where the high court wne out of its way to not use the lower courts designation of Elg as natural born but instead in their text referred to her as native born (of Sweden and the US).
How come after all this time, all of these people are checking in on this issue? It seems that over the last 2 weeks the NBC issue has received more press than all of the previous weeks combined. Why all of a sudden? Very curious!

Precisely my thoughts. Suddenly, out of nowhere, this issue becomes a relatively big story. Then we suddenly learn that the original was destroyed in 2001. Then it is topped off with this Hawaii official’s contradictory statement and U.S. House resolution. Something stinks.
What is the difference between a natural born citizen and a native born citizen? We don’t have two classes of citizens based on jus solis. Was John McCain a natural born citizen? Are the children born to American citizen parents abroad natural born citizens?
Let’s pray that some judge somewhere orders that Obama release his records, because it is obvious that Obama doesn’t think he has to abide by our constitution or laws. He is basically giving the finger to the American people and our military.

As to the facts of his case and his holding Gray never called him a Natural Born Citizen he called him a Native Born. If Gray had no doubts he would have declared him a Natural Born Citizen but he did not do that.
As I have just recently wrote. The US Supreme Court in about a half dozen cases call all persons Native Born instead of using the phrase Natural Born to differentiate that their parents were citizens of other countries. The only time the Supreme Court used the phrase 'Natural Born Citizen' when it was clearly that the parents were citizens of the United States and the person in question was born on US soil. see Perkins vs. Elg 1939.
SCOTUS words in the facts of the case and their holdings mean a hell of alot more than their dicta. Dicta should support their judgments, but sometimes it doesn't support their argument or opinions...for whatever reason they keep to themselves.
