(IsraelNN.com) The United States has alerted Syrian diplomats that America has decided to lift various embargos against Syria, with more suspensions of embargos on the way.

Dr. Imad Mustafa, Syria's ambassador to Washington, told Syrian television Sunday that U.S. President Barack Hussein Obama has suspended several articles of the U.S. sanction against Syria, with more suspensions to come, according to Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA).

Syria has been meddling in Lebanon’s and Israel’s affairs for years. Right now Hezballah is armed to the teeth again in southern Lebanon, ready to war with Israel. As stated, Syria has aided the terrorists in Iraq. Now Obama rewards Syria with the removal of sanctions. Are we now to add the U.S. to the list of three nations that are terrorist supporting? It’s a reasonable question.

Mustafa told Syrian television that Obama's administration is "working on suspending articles one at a time until the law is void."

The above could also apply to the Constitution. By the way, here's an important part of the article:

Congress passed the law "to sanction Syria for its support for terrorism, its occupation of Lebanon, its pursuit and development of weapons of mass destruction and missiles, and its failure to support the stabilization and reconstruction of Iraq," according to the website.

So Congress passed the law, and Obama is simply going to ignore it step by step until it's void? Where is the outcry from Congress?
