Your ignorance is only exceeded by your arrogance. You don’t know if the Hawaii COLB qualifies for the issuance of a US Passport. As someone who has actually issued a passport, I suggest you admit you don’t know rather than therorizing about it. I don’t know if it is accepted or not.
Yes, a lot of us are aware of that. In fact the people who say his COLB was forged are convinced he used her COLB as a base. They claim to have found the number under the blacked out section on the COLB and it was the number leading to his sisters COLB.

I’m interested in your picture of the Obama COLB. I’ve never seen this picture before in all the discussions. It looks authentic and could be easily checked because of the visible number (before Gov. Lingle sealed his records, of course).
Either this is authentic, or it was created to answer many the criticisms of the other COLBs.
Both folds are visible.
The embossed seal is visible.
It was submitted within 4 days of his birth.
The TIME of birth was declared.
Now, is the border correct?
Is the seal in the right orientation?
Why did the campign submist an obvious forgery previously?
What is this place called “freecharlotte.files.wordpress”? Legitimate?
What does the document “expert” (Polarik?) say about this picture?
I do know this: the State Department has said “Please note, some short (abstract) versions of birth certificates may not be acceptable for passport purposes.”
Why take a chance? Get the real thing. Like the State of Hawaii says: "Certified copies of these records may be issued to authorized individuals and used for such diverse purposes as school entry, passports, Social Security participation, driver’s licenses, employment, sports participation, survivor’s benefits, proof of property rights, and other needs." What's the problem with that? You are sort of dense, it seems to me.
They have had plenty of time to slip a fake one in the files for Barry.
Don’t get your hopes too high on this story. Examiner.com is not a real news source, and the person who wrote the story didn’t say where he got the info.
You seem to be a one-trick pony. You could always ask the state of Hawaii or the State Department, genius. Did your child born in 1968 apply for a passport?
