Mormons: The Most Conservative Religious Group In America
That's according to a new report from Pew, released today and based on data from the group's 2007 U.S. Religious Landscape Survey.
More Mormons (60 percent) identify themselves as conservatives than any other religious group; they also lead every other group in GOP party identification (at 65 percent)--much higher than the general population in both categories

Rape is another matter.
Not in God's eyes.
The baby is still a child of God.

Your posts indicate hatred, not repudiation. Why dont you just let it go?
Right, LOL!

That’s your opinion about what God thinks. I have another opinion.

I've read many of them and they are definitely not what you make them out to be.The Religion Moderator keeps a very close eye on the threads we post on. Scrutiny of these threads will find that they are held to the forum rules.
FROM THE RELIGION FORUM MODERATOR:
Open threads are a town square. Antagonism though not encouraged, should be expected
Posters may argue for or against beliefs of any kind. They may tear down others beliefs. They may ridicule. On all threads, but particularly open threads, posters must never make it personal. Reading minds and attributing motives are forms of making it personal. Making a thread about another Freeper is making it personal.
When in doubt, review your use of the pronoun you before hitting enter.
Like the Smoky Backroom, the conversation may be offensive to some.
Thin-skinned posters will be booted from open threads because in the town square, they are the disrupters.
http://www.freerepublic.com/~religionmoderator/
Thin-skinned (emotional, whiney or mercurial temper) posters are the disruptors on open threads.

Most always, when a person pulls out the Hate card, much like the Racist card, they don't have much of a position on the issue.

Thats your opinion about what God thinks. I have another opinion.
Your opinion does not square with the Bible, the Word of God.

Hello my newbie FRiend. I have been here long enought to question why posters are accusing Jim of attacking a religion without any citations.

Show me the scriptural support for your position, other than “Thou shalt not kill,” which is not absolutely, unless you are a pacifist, or would stand by and do nothing if someone was trying to kill you or your love ones.

You are right about defending the lives of others and your own life as being in context of what the Bible teaches.
However, your support of killing an unborn, defenseless baby has zero support in the scriptures of the Bible and within the Context of what the Bible teaches.
So I put it to you: Where in the bible do YOU find support for the right to kill your unborn child?

Senority, in any context is very overrated.
It says nothing about your abilities to objectivly judge anything.

Polarizing people is a tactic of 0bama and his ilk, not someone of your stature and well-earned respect. Please explain. Galatians 5:12
As for those agitators, I wish they would go the whole way and emasculate themselves!
Thinking of THIS:
Deuteronomy 23:1
No one who has been emasculated by crushing or cutting may enter the assembly of the LORD.

Jean, if you have read the entire thread, you will find that the attacks on Jim came from mormons.

Although I respect what you are doing here on this site, Sir, Ive lost my respect for you as a person.
17 It no sooner appeared than I found myself delivered from the enemy which held me bound. When the light rested upon me I saw two Personages, whose brightness and glory defy all description, standing above me in the air. One of them spake unto me, calling me by name and said, pointing to the otherThis is My Beloved Son. Hear Him!
18 My object in going to inquire of the Lord was to know which of all the sects was right, that I might know which to join. No sooner, therefore, did I get possession of myself, so as to be able to speak, than I asked the Personages who stood above me in the light, which of all the sects was right (for at this time it had never entered into my heart that all were wrong)and which I should join.
19 I was answered that I must join none of them, for they were all wrong; and the Personage who addressed me said that all their creeds were an abomination in his sight; that those professors were all corrupt; that: they draw near to me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me, they teach for doctrines the commandments of men, having a form of godliness, but they deny the power thereof.
20 He again forbade me to join with any of them; and many other things did he say unto me, which I cannot write at this time. When I came to myself again, I found myself lying on my back, looking up into heaven. When the light had departed, I had no strength; but soon recovering in some degree, I went home. And as I leaned up to the fireplace, mother inquired what the matter was. I replied, Never mind, all is wellI am well enough off. I then said to my mother, I have learned for myself that Presbyterianism is not true.

Ah, so there is no scriptural support, other than your interpretation of “context.”
