Ghoulish, unethical, profit-seeking quacks would say that, though, wouldnt they? Lets see what they think once theyve got a community organizer with four years of federal policy experience riding herd on them. Theres a new sheriff in town, bloodsuckers!

The last word in the title should be chump. LOL!!!
BO jumped the shark with this one. Loser.
Nope, controlled substance and if you are a Republican/Conservative/Rush Listener none for you. Suffer maggot.
As Obama gets himself backed into a corner, expect to see more of his arrogant comments come out, where he specifically bashes doctors and other healthcare providers.
_______________
Oh yea, this is the tip of the iceberg. Rahm and Axelrod with Meeshell are running the show, make no mistake about it. The health care is Meeshell’s baby and odumbo is catching major heat. He is used to pay to play the Chicago way when there is always a way to get your way. Now the American people and organizations are bucking. He’s not going to be a happy camper. Look for threats, bribes and God knows what else. His PR isn’t working anymore. He will encounter protest groups everywhere he goes and a pathological narcissist cannot handle that. It could get very nasty.
.
But I got ice cream in the hospital!
- I know - me too
Obama wants everyone to skip a proper diagnoses and
“Just take a painkiller!”
He actually said that on a live TV speech!
I have been curious about this question since long before Obama's comments: There seems to have been a period in the 50's or 60's when a huge number of tonsillectomies were performed. Does the decline in the number of these operations merely mean than we have better antibiotics, or were a lot of these operations medically unnecessary?
I don't really know if many doctors regularly perform unnecessary procedures, but I have concrete proof that many dentists do.
Come to think of it a doctor did recommend that I have operations on both of my knees about 5 years ago. I never had the operations and today my knees are not bothering me at all. Not long after I would have had the operations a study came out that showed this type of operation provides no benefit on average to the patient.
I have worked in surgery for 37 years (RN) and I know of no Surgeon who refers to rate charts to diagnose patients.
I also know of no pediatricans who remove tonsils and adenoids!
Usually when a child is referred for a sore throat the doctor asks the child to open his/her mouth and what is called an examination is performed. Bammy really needs new speech writers because this crew from ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ isn’t working out for him.
Today I helped on 4 scheduled cases, 2 had insurance and 2 were called ‘promise to pay’, the term used by my hospital for private pay or no insurance. I noticed no difference in the level of care offered, and I really don’t get involved in how these clients (private pay), reinburse the physician’s or hospital. I suspect they either do the best they can or ignore the bills.
Under Obama care I do understand that 2 Surgeons will be retired, as well as myself, because after 37 years I really am tired of feeling like shite after hearing one of Obama’s rants about profit and health care. Yes I expect to receive top pay for a surgical nurse with 37 years of experience, and if that is tampered with by the Socialist President of the United States, I will retire and enjoy the grandkids.
If you need surgery, you really want me to assist the doctor, I have seen just about everything. But with Bammycare...the hell with it. Sorry for swearing.
Have any of the last 8 or 9 First Ladies ever only been asked fluff “what J Crew outfit are you wearing today?” questions? Every other First Lady had an issue, childhood illiteracy, children’s advocacy, drug abuse resistance education, etc, etc. Michelle was a freaking VP at U of Chicago Hospitals and Clinics. You would think SOMEONE in the media would ask her a question or two. I realize they don’t want to make her like Hillary in the Clinton Health Care thing, but Michelle actually worked in healthcare. Unless it was a no show $300,000 a year job.
Hey Obama, want to cut healthcare costs, don’t let hospitals hire Senators wives as VP of areas they have NO SKILLS for.
Reid doesn't believe it will be passed. Pelosi says she ‘has the votes’ but headlines say she lies.
Waterloo it may be. Doctors hate it and people are hearing the facts, plus most are happy with their current health care and doctors.
On the other hand when I was eleven a surgeon amputated the first joint of my index finger without anesthetic. I know pain.
The bottom line of this whole sordid pack of lies and deceit is, if BO succeeds with this Bill, America becomes a concentration camp.

I was in a physican’s office about 15 years ago -
Heard him say after examining only one of the six kids a woman had with her
“We might as well take all their tonsils out at once.....”
I instantly left!
At first I though obie was practicing medicine without a license, but now I realize he is just the first “affirmative action physician” under the new health plan. The one that says med schools will get aid if they have the “right diversity.”
I'm sure there are many procedures done often nowdays that will show some harmful results in years to come. My computer is running very slow here tonight.
Ditto. Nor me either.
In less than an hour, the Obozo managed to offend doctors, cops, and white people (we’re all racists, you know). What a disgraceful moron.
I had mine removed in the 50s when I was six, as was customary then. Went in for surgery in the morning, home in the afternoon, ate ice cream for a day (yum!), and forgot all about it the next day.
I had my tonsils out when I was in my 20's and was in agony for almost a week.
Looking at where medical care is going, I finally decided to have my carpal tunnel surgery. I was sick of the pain and it keeping me up at night, not to mention not being happy about the nerve damage that was starting.
Not trusting that the government can do anything right, I decided to go ahead with the surgery now instead of waiting and I sure am glad I did. My hands feel so much better already and they're not even done healing up.
I am an anesthesiologist and BELIEVE ME, i hate anesthetizing kids, so i can vouch that most kiddie cases are necessary because no gas passer would lighly sleep a kid....BTW we need to start a physician group on FR, there seem to be a lot of us...
My son’s physician’s practice procrastinated 3 years before finally agreeing to remove my son’s tonsils after at least a dozen flare-ups of tonsillitis. Their explanation was that the insurance companies didn’t like to see those operations due to cost.
