If you mean Gates, he wasn't the owner of the house. He's the tenant of a house rented by the University. That, in itself, would have contributed a little bit of difficulty to the problem of trying to figure out who this guy is and does he really belong here. They had the University cops come over to sort it out.

Cops go thru hours of boredom punctuated by moments of sheer terror. And they damned well don't do it for the stellar pay. They put their lives on the line every day to protect stupid shits like Gates, and the last thing they need is the President of the U.S. badmouthing them out of his admittedly biased-and-without-all-the-facts-ass.

Actually, it appears from this photo that Gates was already cuffed in the front while he was still on the porch with the white officer, and the black officer was down on the sidewalk.

Looks like the crook Gates was running his mouth at top volume, too. 0bama and his crew are caught in yet another lie.
