All roads lead back to Obama and his war room and George Soros. The anklebiters and Alaska Dems are the agents of treachery and vengeance but they are not the masterminds.

Looking at those folks does anybody really believe they could be the masterminds of anything?

In his report, attorney Thomas Daniel said his interpretation of the ethics act is consistent with common sense.

An ordinary citizen facing legal charges is not likely to be able to generate donations to a legal defense fund, he wrote. “In contrast, Governor Palin is able to generate donations because of the fact that she is a public official and a public figure. Were it not for the fact that she is governor and a national political figure, it is unlikely that many citizens would donate money to her legal defense fund.”

The ethics complaint was filed by Eagle River resident Kim Chatman shortly after the fund was created, alleging Palin was misusing her official position and accepting improper gifts.

Palin was given a copy of the investigator’s report a week ago, Chatman said Tuesday.

“It’s an absolute shame that she would continue to keep the Alaska Fund Trust Web site up and running,” Chatman told the AP.

Bill Clinton never was governed or controlled by Alaska state laws or ethics rules.

I don't think this is true. If any Alaskan gave money to Clinton's Legal Defense Fund and Clinton accepted it, absent a specific Federal statute which overrides whatever law Alaska has in place, Clinton would have been subject to and in violation of whatever the Alaskan law is.

Their not people as far as I’m concerned. Anyone that can be so obsessed to destroy a human being are not people, they are cockroaches. I don’t like Obama, I never liked him, but I don’t sit up at night thinking of ideas to destroy him. I’ll watch him do that himself, that is because I don’t think like these roaches who obviously are mentally deranged, that is why the Dems picked them, they pick people who are obviously suffering from mental illnesses and exploit them

“To make anything stick, they would have to show that a benefit inured to the donor as a result of the donation.”

Indeed. And they are not going to find anyone who benefited for a contribution of $150.

Once again, let’s view Alaska’s DNC participation:
February 7, 2007 – December 19, 2007 - $ 49,784.00
January 3, 2008 – December 23, 2008 - $2,443,633.00
August 29, 2008 – November 30, 2008 - $1,075.252.00

That's damning.

It’s actually an AP story, which is also posted at ADN and is being spread throughout the rest of the MSM. Real stinker of a story.

I am not into conspiracy theories usually.

But here is what I see.

They continue filing the ethics complaints AFTER the 3rd of July KNOWING that her Legal Defense Fund would be attacked and possibly shut down.

Lets cut through the bullshit here. This is not being engineered by Andree McLeod or Zane Henning or another of the other POS’s. This is an organized effort with an organized strategy.

If anything. Palin should have resigned earlier.

An ordinary citizen also doesn't face 20 unfounded ethics charges that cost them $500,000 to defend.

Sounds like Kim Chatman leaked this.

The fund is pre-approved no matter what the investigator said. The Personnel Board makes the call and they already have.

These slimeballs....

Who is funding these attacks? BO or Soros?

Hillary. She wants to be the most powerful woman in the world and sees Palin as a threat in making that happen.
